Nyora Beach House @Rye captures the feeling of this vibrant seaside over easy and is the perfect location to explore the Peninsula. No need to pack the whole house to stay, all the essentials are here for you. A private front yard features a broad sun deck. Step inside to find an immaculate beach house with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms two TV’s, air con, full kitchen, laundry facilities and a huge lounge area. Outside the property has a spacious safe grassy garden for the kids to play in.

Step out the front gate onto the walking-bike path which connects Rye foreshore and St Andrews beach. Stretch your legs and breath in the fresh air with a short 5 min walk to local shops or a 30 min stroll to Rye foreshore or to St Andrews beach. The best surf beaches are on our doorstep with Rye surf beach just around the corner and Gunnamatta Ocean beach a 10 min drive down the road. Perhaps you prefer to indulge your senses with a relaxing soak in Rye Peninsula Hot Springs just a stones throw away. After a big day out you will find yourself relaxing with a drink on the deck overlooking exotic palms listening to the wind chimes. Go with the flow cook in the kitchen or dine out, watch TV DVD’s read a book or play games. This beach house was made to enjoy your down time and chill.

Lovely stat

My 3 daughters and my two grandchildren stayed for two nights to celebrate my 60th birthday. Such an enjoyable experience. An awesome play to stay. Lovely touches everywhere and very homely and beachy at the same time. Will definitely be back. Just perfect!

Beautiful house

Lovely Beach House

This is a very comfortable, cosy and charming Beach House with attractive and private front and back gardens. Easy parking for 3 cars. Excellent location close to walking in national park and beach. Shops and towns nearby. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. We had a great 4 night stay. Thank you. Denise Martell and friends.
