Hayes Hideaway offers the quintessential experience of the South West. Providing a quiet, relaxed rural escape yet within close proximity to award winning wineries of the region, the superb beaches of Smiths and Yallingup, gourmet food options, art galleries and the local amenities of Dunsborough and Vasse. This superbly finished home with its north facing rear aspect is set amounst 3.5 acres of bushland that provides a stunning vista to enjoy a late afternoon G&T or take a dip.

The home itself is modern with many attractive features. Consisting of 4 bedrooms set in two seperate wings it is perfect for two families to share. There are two large bathrooms, one in each wing. 3 of the bedrooms connect directly to a bathroom. There is plenty of space for kids to be kids and for adults to enjoy some peace and quiet. The main open plan living area provides a large, fully equiped kitchen, dining area and lounge with TV. There is a seperate TV room with large cinema lounge. Adjacent to the house is a games room with table tennis and darts. This games room has a third bathroom/laundry.

Further key features of the home include the 80m2 covered al fresco deck consisting of a BBQ, 10 seater dining table and lounge setting. The pool is accessed from this deck. There is also reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans and a wood fire heater to provide the perfect ambiance for a glass of local red on a chilly winters night.

Comfortable escape amongst the bush

Kids enjoyed the warm pool and outdoor areas, with plenty of room to entertain and relax indoors as well. Well equipped home with all the comforts so we could relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Fantastic house & lovely host

We loved our stay at Hayes Hideaway. The house was fantastic, clean and well stocked. The kids (8 & 5) loved the pool, surrounding bush and theatre room and the adults loved playing table tennis and taking advantage of the great location (10mins drive to Smiths Beach and Swings & Roundabouts). Would highly recommend and we'd love to return one day!

Awesome Property for families

The property was very clean, great attention to detail. The layout of the house was perfect as we were 2 families and was very spacious. Kids watched tv in the theatre , while the adults retreated in the lounge room. Thr kitchen area was very impressive, one i could only dream of in my own home. Outdoor living area was nice and spacious.

Thank you so much for having us in your lovely home. It was a perfect long weekend away with our friends and all the babies! The house was well equipped and the pool and play ground was a bonus! The only thing we would recommend is come heating outside so we can enjoy the lovely outdoor area! Excellent spot with lots of great places in the area to check out, we never drove more then 10mins! We will be back!

I stayed in this house with my 3 children that are 14, 4 and 1. We had a very comfortable stay in the house, feeling like we were in a home away from home, which was also quite luxurious! Kids had a great time, especially with the heating that came from the floor vents! Great location. Less than 10mins to dunsborough. We also went to yallingup caves, canal rocks and animal farm. All within 15mins. Thanks for a lovely stay

Fantastic property

We had family over from the UK and wanted to show them more than just Perth. They and we where not disappointed. What a gorgeous holiday house everything we could possibly want was there in this fabulous house from the most gorgeous kitchen through to the lovely patio. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. So clean, spacious and comfortable. The only disappointment for our UK family was they didn’t get to see a kangaroo 🦘 lol Thank you Jacqui Dunn and family for offering this gorgeous home for us to use 😍

Great property and location. Owners were friendly and very easy to deal with. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful alfresco area. We were a group of 10 (4 adults, 6 kids) and there was plenty of room for all of us. Only a short drive to some beautiful beaches. Highly recommend staying here.
