Marese 1 - Groundfloor Beachfront Unit

A beautiful beachfront ground floor unit with unsurpassed views of the beach. Tastefully decorated with a northerly aspect, this two bedroom unit is a lovely place to stay all year round.

This unit is simply gorgeous and you feel at home the moment you walk in. Timber flooring throughout the living areas, timber panelled ceilings with a relaxing decor.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and ceiling fan, second bedroom has a double bed with a set of bunks and ceiling fan.

The lounge room has a smart television with Netflix etc (log in with own account) and an electric heater (that looks like an open fire).
The kitchen is modern and very well appointed with a dishwasher and coffee machine. There is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. The courtyard area boasts a bbq and a small outdoor setting for your own use. Linen provided.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-
protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children`s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique `Indie Films` to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis, hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

Wonderful location. Could sit in the lounge and watch the surfers all day.Only issue is that the flat does not have air conditioning as advertised to only fans..

Perfect Location

We had a few nights here at the start of our holidays. The location was a dream. The apartment was well appointed and a good size for us. The kitchen was basic but perfect for our needs. The private laundry was handy. The bathroom was fine. We had a great few days.
