Mackaloucoo Retreats is the perfect property when you want so much more than just a house for your next getaway.

The property boasts so many features you will feel like your at your own serene private luxury resort. Whether you are looking for a private romantic getaway, a family trip or a large group get together the property is all you could ever dream for.

Comprising of a breathtaking home situated on acre land you wont believe you are so close to cowes central and all of Phillip Islands attractions. You dont need to leave the property to have a fun packed luxury holiday or if you leave all the attractions on Phillip Island are either a walk or short drive away.

The house has an open plan living area with a modern gourmet kitchen, large dining area and huge living space. The living area has leather lounge, tv and dvd. This room brings the outside in and opens out to the heated swimspa/Heated plunge pool on one side and a huge all seasons enclosed outdoor area with Bar, unique open fire place, Plasma and BBQ. Floor to ceiling glass right over the dam brings the outside in and makes you feel like you are fully outside but protected by the extreme weather no matter what it throws at you. Sit back and watch the ducks or fish feed on surface. Alternatively you can head outside and fish off the deck or pier. The Dam is fully stocked with Trout, Bas, Murray Cod and Silver perch.

The master bedroom is fit for a king and queen with tv, walk in robe, large ensuite featuring walk in double shower, spa and sliding doors that opens to your own deck overlooking the serenity of the dam.

It has another large living area (Games Room) with two sofa\'s, LCD Tv, dvd, table tennis table, and dart board, kids toys and playstation/xbox. There is another 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, drive in lockabe garage attached to the house with a gym fully equiped with Treadmill, exercise bike, and weights bench.

Outside the huge yard is fully fenced and the kids will be well entertained with the trampoline, sandpit, cubby and playground. The yard is fenced off from the dam so kids cant access the water.

PETS WELCOME. Fully fenced.

PRICING DETAILS
Weekends - two night stay at Weekend rate.
Peak Bookings - 7 Nights minimum Friday to Friday

All other nights available for one night stays. One night Cleaning Surcharge applies.

All linen is supplied in your reservation and includes Pillows & Covers, Fitted Sheet, Flat Sheet, Doona & Cover, Blanket, Towels, Face washers, Hand & Foot Towels, Beach Towels and Tea Towels.

Option 2 -Guests to Supply Own Linen
Pillows & Doonas supplied only (no covers). Guests must supply all Doona and pillow Covers, Sheets and towellings and tea towels. If sheets are not used extra cleaning charges may apply to clean doona, pillows and mattress protectors etc.

Note- Mattresses and pillows are covered with protectors and these must remain on at all times and covered with sheets.
