Large older style Apartment which has been renovated and modernised, in the Heart of Kings Beach. Recently painted and all new furniture, your own huge private rooftop with ocean views and relaxing furniture, 2 bedrooms, the unit is on third floor via stairs, so best suited to active guests. Full kitchen, Laundry with washer & dryer. Both bedrooms have new air conditioning
You will love the panoramic ocean views from the apartment balcony and also from your very own huge private rooftop area, the rooftop is secluded and the perfect place to relax with a book and enjoy the sun.

2 bedrooms, Queen Mattress in master bedroom, 2 x New Sealy Singles in the second bedroom

The complex has a pool, spa (not heated) and sauna for all guests to use, also a games room which has a large ping pong table in it with bats & balls supplied. The ultimate space for a family getaway. Sheets & Towels provided. Guest amenities starter pack provided included tea, coffee, sugar, milk
Parking is either in the visitors carpark within the complex or a fully lockable single garage,
perfect for storing surf boards, bikes etc or your car.
The apartment is NOT pet friendly, if you bring a pet you will be asked to leave without refund
