Three bedrooms, open plan living, spacious balcony with ocean views and separate media room, South Moffat is as impressive as it is simple.
Bedrooms are beautifully furnished with soft tones and a luxurious but relaxed retro beach feel.
The main living area is grounded at the rear by a classic Scandinavian kitchen. Picture yourself fixing a snack or a drink overlooking the rest of the family or friends lazing about in front of the fire, playing cards at the dining table or indeed sun bathing on the deck. Total relaxation year round is guaranteed.
The art deco bathroom is perfect for a long soak in the tub.
Other options beyond simply lazing around are all about exploring the rugged coastline, walking trails of Queens park or simply slipping down to the Anglers for a cold one.
Heading into the heart of town is your choice of a 2 minute drive or 15 minute ocean walk.
Other features include 50' TV and media room with full Foxtel package (sport, movies and kids), PlayStation, NBN connected Wi-Fi, rambling gardens front and back, Weber BBQ, Bosch appliances and more. The media room can be also be used as a fourth bedroom if necessary. The couch can be used as two singles.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

This is a charming beach property that’s beautifully set up and feels homely. The three bedrooms are well set up and welcoming and while there’s only one bathroom, water pressure and all is great. The star is the living room with a light feeling and beautiful views. The kitchen is mostly well stocked but we were missing a few basics like bin bags.
The location is perfect in that it’s close to the Main Street whilst being far enough away to allow you a calm stay. It’s a nice walk to the main beach or a quick car ride.
The bird life in the area is wonderful as is the view of the ocean.
The only negative for us was the lack of attention to detail in the cleaning. On entry we found dead insects around the place as well as a lot of spiderwebs full of long legged friends under chairs, in corners of rooms and under the bathroom sink. As locals this didn’t bother us too much but could be improved.
Overall a great stay and we’d definitely come back again!

Great location, but needs a bit of TLC
We stayed for 2 nights at the property and while the view was great, the property needs a bit of TLC for example the shower curtain needs to be replaced as it has stains on it and mould around the bottom of the curtain, there were stains on one of the couches and dust through out the property.
I had to call to get ask how to get into the property after I had sent two messages asking for instructions with no response. I was able to get the keys but having this organised before getting to the property would have been great.
Overall, my friends and I loved Lorne and the house has its charm, but would love to see it get some TLC that it deserves.
Gorgeous location. Great house with everything you need and more for a relaxing holiday.
Loved being walking distance to Lorne and beaches. Amazing view from the huge deck over looking the ocean. Lots of birds visiting in the surrounding trees. Plenty of room for the whole family and seperate living room is great for teenagers. Can’t wait to visit in winter and use the fireplace.
Absolutely loved it. It was much bigger than it looked in the pictures which was great. Super cosy fire, very well equipped, some but comfy beds. And the best bit was the views from the huge big balcony, perfect spot for sunrise coffees
