This affordable, single storey home offers accommodation for 9 guests. Features include open kitchen/living area, ensuite to master bedroom and views of Louttit Bay. Enjoy an easy walk to the town and beach. The large outdoor entertaining area is the final complement to this excellent property.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Amazing stay during our Easter break!

The whole area was on point, very clean, fully equipped and you can tell that the house was being taken care of very well. Only thing my friends was worried about was it was at the front of a cemetery which was not included on the description. We had a weird feeling about the queen bedroom downstairs too. So I was a bit worried, and felt uncomfortable. But other than that, it is a very nice home. Thanks

Good location

Lovely spacious balcony and nice view. Not very clean, doona covers were unclean, I washed them when I arrived. Mattress protectors were stained. Sand in the couch. Rug under the kitchen table not ideal with 3 young children (no vacuum available either). Very dusty under bed, carpets did not feel clean. 1 cloth and 1 tea towel for the whole week. Dish rack needs replacement - brown stains on it. Spider webs and bugs around the ceilings. Unfortunately highly priced for the experience. We won't be staying again.

Convenient but could do with an upgrade

Good location, booking process was easy and really appreciated late check out. Nice bay view from the balcony, roos and kookaburras onsite and nice bathrooms but bedrooms and living area could do with an upgrade. The floor rugs and couches were quite dirty/stained and the whole house smelt musty. Would be good to have a secure key box onsite to enable easier late check-in and shared key access for guests during their stay. A hair dryer would be handy too, and a new oven and some lighter weight blankets (the doonas were too hot) and better quality pillows (too soft).
