An immaculate house with more than adequate facilities. A bit of a trek to the main town and beach but surronded by beautiful views and scenic countryside.
We had a great time. This was the perfect location for our surf boat crew as we were racing in the ASRL and needed space for our team of 5. The surrounding trees provide a lovely setting and the view to the water is beautiful. Would recommend
Property was well maintained and clean. Well set up for families and the kids loved the downstairs lounge to hang out and have a space to call their own. Communication with hosts was great which facilitated a good settling in. Need to read the info carefully as we almost missed the bit about bringing linen or hiring. All up a comfortable , clean and well appointed property.
The house was clean, well located and we’ll equipped.
The location to town was an easy walk. The only slight negative was that the views are mostly obscured by trees. With a bit of a trim up the views can be enjoyed. To list this home as sea views is not entirely correct, they are obstructed
We had a wonderful stay at the Lorne Summer House. With views to the ocean the property had a great deck to sit and relax. The property was spacious and clean throughout, with large windows allowing in the magnificent views. It was pleasing to find the kitchen supplied with more than enough cutlery, plates, glassware, pots and pans for cooking. The outdoor BBQ on the second deck was also a bonus for cooking outdoors in the evening.
Michelle, the owner, was very thoughtful and always on hand to make our stay feel very welcome. We will be back.

Fabulous house
Our family stayed in the Lorne Summer House for two nights whilst we were attending a friend's wedding. The house felt very homey and comfortable from the start. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck admiring the ocean view whilst having both coffee and wine. The 2 separate large living areas made it enjoyable for all ages. Our grandson especially liked the air hockey table but not when Grandpa beat him! Altogether a fantastic place to stay.
