Lorne walk to beach with pleasant sea views
Older style brick townhouse which had all our basic requirements. The owner was very helpful.
Property is in a nice quiet spot for walks along the beach. Place needed a few more cleaning products to actually clean it properly

Clean and tidy apartment in great location at the start of Lorne. Owner very helpful.
We very much enjoyed our stay in this spotlessly clean and neat little holiday house. Floor to ceiling windows maximise the lovely views of Louttit Bay looking over to the Lorne Pier. Right across the road from the beach and a short enjoyable walk to supermarket and main shopping/eating area of Lorne. Good shower and comfy bed. No need to use car once you get there. Great accomodation and location.
We stayed for a weekend recently in November - the location was as described - great access to the beach with beautiful views from living room and master bedroom. Unfortunately though we arrived at 5.30pm unaware we were required to turn hot water on when we arrived so made showering a toddler and baby difficult. We also were unaware that the unit required us to do a full clean for incoming guests as we assumed cleaning would be included in tariff. Our usual experience is to leave a property clean and tidy for the cleaners to come through after our departure. For a two night stay with a toddler and baby in tow this was not ideal while on holidays.
Due to this I would look at other properties however if prepared to clean - views are great.
In our confirmation letter, we ask that our guests leave the property clean and tidy. We always have the property cleaned between guests. Instructions regarding setting the hot water are prominently displayed on arrival as well as mentioned in the confirmation letter. Our many previous reviews will show that none of our guests have had difficulties with these matters.
