I moved to Lauderdale by The Sea in 2005 from NY and fell in love immediately. Over the last few years the area has undergone an amazing transformation. The redevelopment of the pier and beach area gave way to a flurry of private investment. The result was brand new restaurants, hotels, shopping centers and entertainment for all to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

I have purchased a few properties in the neighborhood for investment purposes as well as the one I live in. I mostly rent annually however this property is used for vacation rentals.
