There is a full kitchen, laundry, full bathroom. The use of space is creative, stylish and practical.

The space:
Guests will have the whole condo to themselves: first level - open concept living room with a sofa bed and full kitchen, 2nd level- master bedroom with bathroom, laundry room, 3rd level- private rooftop patio. Please refrain from using the patio in bad weather conditions.

My condo is located in a truly unique urban park on the river. Just a short walk from the city’s major cultural venues, the iconic Portage and Main Business district and the centre of Winnipeg’s Cultural and Performing Arts District. Symphony, opera and touring shows are three blocks away at the Centennial Concert Hall. The City’s best live theatre is at your doorstep- my condo is two blocks from Manitoba Theatre Centre’s Main stage, the MTC Warehouse Theatre and the historic Pantages Theatre.
Shaw Park, home of the Winnipeg Goldeyes Baseball team is just a ten-minute walk along Stephen Juba Park and the banks of the Red River. Continuing 5 minutes further along the river walk is the Forks Historic site, Winnipeg’s #1 tourist attraction and located at the Forks Canadian Museum for Human Rights that opened in September 2014. Welcome to the perfect place to stay and explore the sites of Winnipeg!
Be at the centre of it all- arts, museums, the Forks, shopping and restaurants.
