A charming, rustic timber lofted holiday house. The perfect place for your relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle, with incredible sea views from nearly every window!

Situated adjacent to the Baudin Conservation Park, the wildlife is literally at your doorstep. Kangaroos, wallabies, and many others frequently drop in for a visit. It is particularly a good spot for bird enthusiasts as bird-life abounds.

Featuring a large patio area over looking the ocean and Penneshaw Beach. Large open planned dining and kitchen with full facilities, separate bathroom/toilet with a luxuriously large bath, large bedrooms and a full sized lounge upstairs with birds eye views!

Wonderful ocean view

Loved the whole house. Spacious, comfortable. Extraordinary , breathing view from the the bedroom and second floor. To be experienced. Plenty of wildilife. Lovely hosts. Just perfect.

House with the views

Rustic and spacious home which really does have views from every window! Everything is provided and Simone was very quick to respond to a few queries we had. Only 5 mins from Penneshaw which has a lovely relaxed vibe. Just be aware the main bedroom is upstairs - which has the killer views - and the only bathroom and toilet are downstairs. Looking forward to a return stay and explore more of KI - 4 days was not nearly long enough.

Lovely property, great getaway for a relaxing break and central. we did road trips everyday and found Penneshaw the best location for accommodation - shops etc

Salty seabirds loft

Amazing property with great views and all amenities at hand. Property was well equiped. Will definitely stay again. Wild life on the doorstep everyday was a bonus as well as being opposite the conservation park.

Uninterrupted water view

Loved the uninterrupted Penneshaw Bay views with the kangaroos and wallabies in the front of the house. House was a unique style with comfy beds and a great kitchen.

Great get away

Lovely quiet property on the edge of a reserve that was great for walking and spotting dolphins. House is well maintained and had everything we needed. Thoroughly recommend the place.

Friendly Hosts and Stunning view

I have no words to describe how nice and friendly Simone is, by far the nicest hostess that we've seen for years. House is amazing, very clean, fully equipped. And the view? WHAT A VIEW!!!!!
