Location:
KI Star Beach House is located on the closest corner and access to Island Beach down a small sandy road. You can either walk or drive onto the beach. Situated on a corner facing the ocean and DeCoudie Dr. with Penguin St. on the West and Borda Road the back boundary where the entrance to the car park is. Amazing elevated location from which you can watch all the sail boats launch right in front on the beach.

We are located approximately 12 minutes drive from where the Ferry lands in the small seaside town of Penneshaw and 30 minutes from Kingscote airport. A map and Guest Information Package is provided to all our guests.

* All bedrooms have robes/hanging space

BOOKING NOTE: please be aware that rates are based on 'twin share' (couples rate) and children sharing the bunk room. 2 adults - Master Bedroom no extra fee. If you prefer separate bedrooms for each guest there will be a $50 linen charge. This includes children who prefer separate bedrooms. This will be charged after booking ONLY if required, pending your preferences.
