This space is licensed by the City of Palm Springs -City ID #1975. Please note there is no garage access.

IMPORTANT: *Primary renter MUST be at least 25 years old and present during the complete stay, there are no exceptions to this rule. *Guests will be required to sign a separate rental agreement confirming above, along with providing ID with host per city requirements. Any deviations from rental agreement are subject to immediate eviction*.
