A contemporary 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 3 level townhouse located in the Sandy Beach complex right in the heart of central Lorne. With access from your undercover carport directly into the property with no need for your car after that. The upper level open plan kitchen/living/dining has a pleasant ocean outlook along the coast towards Aireys Inlet and takes in the iconic Lorne Pier in the other direction. The apartment comes with quality Smeg appliances, stone benchtop, double glazed windows and generous fully tiled balconies on both the bedroom and living area levels. Nothing to do except relax and enjoy everything Lorne has to offer, right on your doorstep. Beach life doesn't get any easier!

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Summer stay at Sandy Beach apartment
Great location, close to everything. However it is noisy with the lane way right next to the bedrooms. Bins being emptied, delivery trucks beeping etc. made it hard to get a good nights sleep.

Nice and Central
Overall property was great, they supplied clean sheets and towels. Very central, walking distance to the beach as well as walking distance to many walking tracks. Only down side was both bedrooms are situated behind a bakery and other businesses, they work throughout the night. Lots of noise and trucks coming through, throughout the night. We desperately needed sleep by the time we trip was over. Also garage remote wasn’t working for us. Just make sure with the Agent it’s working. They are fantastic to deal with
