* CONDOMINIUM HAS EXCLUSIVE ACCESS TO BEACH FOR PEDESTRIAN. GET OUT ON THE SAND OF COCANHA BEACH.

BEACH ACCESS:

-The house is about 650 m walk from the beach using the exclusive access of the pedestrian condominium to the beach (pedestrian access to the beach is next to GATE);

- Or drive from the house to the street that has pedestrian access to the beach (park the car, inside the condominium !!!) , walk about 50 m, arrived in the sand of COCANHA beach.

THERE ARE 2 SOUNDS GEMINATED IN COCANHA BEACH with the total of:

* 6 BEDROOMS (2 suites on the ground floor), all rooms with ceiling fan.

* 2 rooms with 2 sofas each, tables, chairs, cable tv.

* 2 American kitchens, with table and chairs, with basic utensils, microwave, stove, refrigerator, plates, cutlery.

* 110V ELECTRIC NETWORK.

* 2 balconies w / barbecue, sink, table and chairs, 1 grill.

* 2 PRIVATE POOLS with (6mx3m and 1,30m of average depth), FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF HOST.

* ACCOMMODATE 24 PEOPLE IN BEDS (including children of any age.).
* 2 POOLS.

* INTERNAL PICTURES ARE 1 OF THE SATURES (2 are the same !!!).

* When APPROVING the RESERVATION, send by email, a rental agreement (with map and contact information for key retrieval), to be filled with the data of ALL guests (rg \ license plate) to authorize entry into the concierge. condominium.

* WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED CLOTHING, TABLE, BATH, Cleaning and Hygiene Products, Beach chairs and umbrella are not provided. For the stay bring personal items (pillow, sheet, towels, etc.).

* The house KEY REMOVAL is in Caragua with Mr Zeca, manages for me there, until 23h !!!
