Unit 2- Rio Vista on Moira Parade - This ground floor, two bedroom unit overlooks the Myall River and reserve. Located in a perfect spot for the boating enthusiast with the boat ramp across from the unit. A childrens playground is across the road in the reserve. Lovely north west facing front balcony, a great spot to watch the sunset. The open-plan living area comes furnished and includes a well-equipped kitchen, lounge room with air-conditioning that opens to the front balcony and dining area.
