This 37th floor ocean view condo unit has been recently remodeled. The unit is equipped with new high grade kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, king size bed, vanity, new bath, shower and etc. This unit also has a great lanai complete with chairs and table.
This special unit offers you a luxurious ocean view on the 37th floor of Waikiki Banyan. Waikiki beach and the ocean can be viewed from many angles in the unit including kitchen, living room and bedroom. The unit is clean and comfortable. It is suitable for short term or long term vacation stay. On-site professional management company is hired for cleaning or in case of the unexpected.
The fully equipped kitchen is clean and with everything you need to cook and serve a complete meal. It includes a full size stove, microwave, full refrigerator, pots, pans and utensils.
Waikiki Banyan is one of the best maintained buildings in Waikiki area. It provides a large and excellent recreation deck area on the 6th floor where the outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sun bathing area, tennis court, children's playground and putting golf are located. This was the perfect place for our family. Everything we needed to make family meals and it was walking distance to tge beach. The location was perfect!
We really enjoyed our stay. Some absolutely stunning views. Great value, perfect location , comfortable bed. Checked every box for us !!! Hope to be back again soon !!!
The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. The 2 blocks walk to the beach and restaurants was so easy. Parking is horrible in that area, so it was great to have the parking pass.
Everything about this property was as advertised. View was incredible. Communication was fast and friendly. Great experience...the only regret we have is that we didn't book the unit for a longer period of time.
This place was in the best location, we walked to the beach every day! Easily can walk to restaurants and shops. Great pool and BBQ areas on level 6. Everything we needed was in the condo-chairs, umbrella, boogie board. However, one chair was broken and toaster was broken but other than that it was great! All cooking supplies provided which was great! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

View from every room. All the beach and pool accessories you could need. Kitchen is equipped nicely. Bed is very comfortable. New couch in livingroom. Would definitely stay here again.
The condo is comfortable. The only problem is there are no kitchen supplies such as salt & pepper or cooking oil. The elevators are slow and one morning around 10 am took 25 minutes just to board one from the 37th floor. Ridiculous. The bed was comfortable and the pull out couch was fine for my 11 yr old. They also had some chairs & mats for the beach.

Thank you for your comments. We would like to clarify that we provide all the cookware for our guests. But, we do not provide edibles in the unit as these items can post a hygiene issue. We hope our guests understand our situation.

Everything was excellent from the ease of check in to the prompt responses from the owner when we had mechanical issues with patio door. My only complaint is that we only had two wash clothes and towels as well as one tiny soap and shampoo for the entire week long stay. I would have liked either maid service mid stay to replenish the towels or more to start with. There is access to washer and dryer but it could have been better supplied. But overall I would recommend the condo and would stay again.
I stayed for 8 days. Partial spring break: partial work trip. My daughter and I loved the view and location. Very brief walk to the beach. The only bad surprise we had was that maintenance was in my room one afternoon with no notice. We walked into strangers. We had left our purses and jewelry out and just felt really caught off guard. I would recommend that notice be given to vacationers that a maintenance call has been scheduled to avoid bad surprises in the future. Other than that, it was a fantastic place to stay

updated unit on the 37th floor
We enjoyed our stay at Waikiki Hut. You had the condo extremely well equipped. Overall it was excellent. The location was good. The sliding doors to the bedroom are not designed to keep noise away from the living room. The TV had very limited channel offering. Elevator 1 had a weird smell to it. There was only one key supplied to the pool area but we never used it anyway. Owner did a good job updating the kitchen and bath. I would recommend your place to others. The rental price was a fair price. It was great to have free parking!!!!!!

There are 4 elevators for this tower and they are usually clean. We have notified the building management to look into the weird smell in elevator #1. As for the pool shower room key, we have provided 2 sets of key in the unit. The previous guest lost one. We have replaced the lost key.

Up on the 37th floor, we had a view of the beach and a decent view of Diamondhead. Because it was about a block and a half from the beach, it wasn't completely unobstructed, but it was high enough for a nice view of the beach to the east of Waikiki. The unit featured a fully-equipped kitchen, a TV with hundreds of channels, a phone with unlimited U.S. access and full bath, a balcony with chairs and table and a chest full of beach chairs, umbrella and assorted beach/pool toys. Parking was included which was a huge plus and was located in the lower floors of the building, all accessible by elevator. The building was clean and was located easy walking distance from the beach, restaurants, shopping and other hotels for easy pickup for island tours. Considering how high up we were, waiting for an elevator was never a problem, even during peak times. One night, we did briefly have a major noise issue in the unit directly above us, but it was quickly resolved by contacting the owner of the unit and by building security. I suspect that the same unit was also responsible for the strong marijuana scent, but we weren't in the unit very much for it to be an issue. Only other concern we had was that for the 9 days that we stayed there, the bar of soap and provided shampoo were not nearly enough. Had we not brought our own, it would have been a major problem, given the amount of times we snorkeled and hiked. We will definitely consider this property and this unit when we return. Mahalo!
Check in and parking were very easy. Parking is not an assigned stall but as long as you are parking before 9pm there are plenty of spots available. If arriving after 9 go straight to the top. The security guard in the parkade are very friendly and helpful! There are four clean and modern elevators for this tower of Waikiki Banyan and they never caused us any grief - we often went straight up and down from the 37th floor to the lobby. The unit we rented was reasonably clean, though a few dishes needed to be rewashed and some food from the prior renters was found on the floors behind furniture. If you are arriving after 10pm be aware that you should pick up water or anything needed for the first night on your way to the unit - ABC stores are closed by this time and there was no bottled water in the unit upon arrival. I would suggest considering supplying more than one set of towels per guest for stays over 5 nights in length as this would make a big difference in terms of comfort and convenience. We utilized the sofa bed for the duration of our stay and were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was. The building fire alarm was an inconvenience - it went off twice during our stay - but this is beyond our host's control. All clear was called quickly by building security. The views from the lanai were INCREDIBLE & the convenience of this location simply cannot be beat. I would stay at this rental again - overall value was excellent & all our needs were fulfilled. This condo is in the perfect location towards the tail end of Waikiki near the zoo. This location makes it a bit quieter but still within walking distance of literally everything. Condo was clean with an amazing view of Waikiki and Diamondhead (to your left of the lanai). AC unit in the living area that kept the condo cool and a fan in the bedroom if needed. Laundry next door was convenient. Free overnight parking is a great addition to this condo as most places charge $50 usd or more per night for parking in Waikiki. Elevators were a bit slow and warm, but that was totally fine for our stay. Parking garage is a bit tight, so really large SUV’s might have issues parking. All in all we are very pleased with the accommodations and Alvin (owner) who was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay. We would 100% stay here again.
The property is really well situated. You are close to so many ammenities. The property and condo are well maintained. A real bonus is that parking was free and there were no resort fees--they are not greedy. I highly recommend staying here.
This place was awesome!! We loved our stay, got married and stayed here. View was amazing. The only thing that sucked was the elevators took forever for maintainer we believed but that was out of their control

What a beautiful property. Centrally located to all the best things in Waikiki and what an incredible view! The unit was clean, came with everything we needed and Alan was a gracious host! I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Waikiki Beach!
Loved everything about this unit! The view is to die for and location is walking distance to many major downtown stores, restaurants and beaches. The ONLY complaint I have is that the elevators in the building are sauna boxes! There is no air movement in the elevators and it becomes a melting box waiting to go down and up to your room. Otherwise would definitely stay here again!
I’m so happy I chose to stay here!! The place was amazing. Only about a 5 minute walk to the beached, close to Starbucks and ABC stores. I had one issue arise with parking, however that was a mistake made by the condominium. Alvin was able to get it resolved for me no problem 😊 would highly recommend.
