I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It`s up to you. If needed, I`m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.

Our wonderful seashore neighborhood runs from Jackson to Victoria Avenues, from beach to bay. Our beautiful, groomed beaches are only three blocks from the bay, with world-class boating, fishing and watersports.

North Beach is home to a diverse community of year-round and summer residents. We are close to Atlantic City`s exciting entertainment, casinos, nightlife, shopping and transportation. Our community contains many wonderful restaurants, retail establishments, professionals and service companies.

Our neighborhood is historic, with many beautiful, 100-year old homes as well as newer, contemporary single and multifamily homes, townhouses and condos, including the new `Waves` oceanfront townhouses. We are also home to three elegant oceanfront high-rise buildings, three bed and breakfast establishments and a variety of retail and professional businesses, including our `restaurant row` on Atlantic Avenue.

Walking and biking can get you most places, a quick drive or ride the Jitney, Lyft/Uber or NJ Transit bus to AC.

For traveling to or from Ventnor, you can take the train from Philly and Uber/lyft to our wonderful home:)

￫ You will have to climb about 6-7 steps to get to the front door of the property.
￫ Dogs are allowed for an extra $75 per pet fee. We love all animals, but unfortunately we are all highly allergic to cats. =(
￫ There is an outside shower at the back of the house. Please rinse off any sand before entering the property.
￫There is a very relaxing swinging lounge chair on the outside patio (Caution: For your safety, no one over 200 lbs should use).

PARKING (PLEASE READ) !!
You must make friends with upstairs tenants if you park them in :). This unit gets to 1 cars MAX tandem style (In a row). Upstairs unit gets 2 cars max. Please be respectful
neighbors as we are all adults.

TRASH
Trash day is Monday. Trash can be pulled to the curb on Sunday night.
There are 2 large garbage & recycling receptacles at the back of the house. If you are staying over night on Sunday, we would really appreciate it if you could help us with this by pulling the trash to the curb Sunday night.

Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
