A lovely reconnection with girlfriends, the weekend was perfect.

The Bach was warm in arrival, so welcoming. Lovely cosy home in a great location close to the beach and walking distance from town. Lovely and clean…I would recommended to friends.

Great views. Bach in fairly good condition. Some small maintenance jobs could be carried out. Would like the heat pump/ AC to be working in Winter/Summer too. Extra outdoor chair would be good. Some pots had to be washed before we could use them. Comfortable stay mostly although the single beds weren't great. Would stay again.

A Little Disappointing

Overall we felt the cleanliness was not up to standard, the bathroom particularly. Broken toilet seat was not good given it was broken last time we stayed which was a couple of years ago. Lock on back door broke mid stay. Beds are very uncomfortable. Oven needs instructions included in the home manual - it’s very confusing to operate. Great location, and overall fine - just needs a little TLC to fix a few things up.

Just wonderful. If you want to swim, walk along the beach, watch your kids at the playground & skatebowl while you read books, this is the place for you. If you want to rent a flash bach to have fancy bbqs this isn't the place. Probably the only kiwi bach left in Oakura available for rental, it's well appointed and homely. Wander down fo the surf shop for a coffee & a yarn, tell the bloke who runs it I said hi. Oh, and there is no TV. Don't worry, you won't miss it and neither will the kids.

Perfect Location

We loved the layout of the property. It was perfect for our family stay. Lovely, light and spacious rooms and everything was very well equipped. The location just across the road from the beach and next to a playground and skateboard park was fantastic.
