Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath beach front condo on the 7th floor of the Surf Dweller. One of the largest 2 bedroom condos available on the Island. Perfect for your vacation! Now with secured WIRELESS Internet access!
This unit sleeps 6 people comfortably. The unit has modern furnishings and décor and is new on our rental program. Because of it’s location, you will enjoy views from the westward-facing windows as well as beachfront balcony doors. Wake up to a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom. This unit features a wonderful spacious balcony that is 30 feet long, new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and free WiFi and the elevator is situated close to the front door of the unit.

Yearly Family Vacation

Surf Dweller has been the best place to stay in Ft. Walton and room 712 has been the best room in the 5 years we've stayed. All have been different rooms just to get a feel for the different view point. Only downfall that i can think of are the elevators being slow...but hey, you're at the beach so whats the rush. Love this place

Great place to stay. Special should out for Elizabeth from the property management office who relocated us to this unit proactively after finding our rented unit to be too noisy because of some renovation work on the unit. She was a superstar and made sure we enjoyed our stay!

We never were able to get it to cool properly. Had to throw away some food. Talked some friends of ours into booking with B&S same condo and they had no internet or able to watch any TV during their stay. Hoping it didn’t discourage them from future bookings. Both of these issues were out of the normal from all of our previous stays. Everything else was perfect as it always is.

The only two negatives was the ice maker didn’t make enough ice for all if us, and the elevator door would not always open and you would get stuck sometimes. Overall, I would return and stay again.
