Originally from ST MALO, we offer you this apartment which, by its position, will allow you to make the most of the seaside resort (Historical and cultural visits, Thermalism, beaches, ...)

Located on the ground floor of a secure residence, it is halfway between the Thermes Marins and the ramparts, facing the beach of Sillon (Street to cross).

We offer a T2 of 43m ² including:

* Equipped kitchen
* Bathroom (shower)
* Separate toilet
We offer for one bedroom apartment of 43sq. m. located on the ground floor comprising:
* a living-room
* a bedroom
* a fully equipped kitchen
* a bathroom

In order to guarantee a quality accommodation (comfort, cleanliness and functionality), we have made the approach to have the apartment appraised, according to the new International Standards, common to hotels and campsites.

This visit, by an approved commission, allowed us to be classified in the category 3 stars (Order dated December 6th, 2017 from the Prefect of Ille et Vilaine).

Parking is a problem common to all agglomerations at the seaside; to make your stay even more enjoyable, we have acquired a parking space in the basement in a secure residence 150 m from the apartment (service without supplement)

Un séjour très agréable, un logement très propre et bien situé, à quelques mètres de la plage et du centre ville. Emplacement top, les commerces sont proches et il est aisé de rejoindre intra-muros à pieds. Et pour ceux qui voudraient profiter de la thalasso, c'est à quelques pas et le garage à proximité et le bienvenue. Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet, stilsicher eingerichtet und sauber, freundlicher Empfang

Stilsicher, komfortabel und komplett eingerichtetes Apartment, wenige Meter zum Strand. Leider gibt es einen wesentlichen Nachteil, der es als erholsame Ferienunterkunft nach unserer Ansicht völlig unbrauchbar macht. Es liegt erdgeschossig direkt am frequentierten Bürgersteig einer stark befahrenen Straße. Die Rückfront (Schlafzimmer) hat eine durchgehende Terrassentür, vor der ständig, unmittelbar ein Fahrzeug abgestellt wird. Insgesamt schließen daran weitere 6 Parkplätze an. So kann sowohl nach vorne als auch nach hinten kein Fenster offen gelassen werden. Lediglich kurzer Durchzug ist möglich, was auch notwendig ist, da es im Treppenhaus und Eingangsbereich modrig riecht Das Bild auf der FewO-Anzeige gibt die Realität insofern nicht wieder, als das Erdgeschoßapartement und die Straße durch die Kaimauer und den Pavillon verdeckt sind. Wäre das Apartment im 2. und 3. Stockwerk (s.Bild) mit Balkon gelegen, wäre es perfekt

Hallo Thierry und Laurence, vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang und die Bereitschaft immer für uns als Ansprechpartner da zu sein. Das hat uns Sicherheit gegeben. Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen und hat eine sehr gute Grundaustattung. Alle Gerätschaften funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Fantastisch sind die elektrischen Rollläden und das gespiegelte Fensterglas im Wohnzimmer, was uns das ein und andere mal lustige Situationen schenkte. Ein Gewinn ist die Tiefgarage. Ein sicherer Standort und ein einfacher Prozess um das Fahrzeug zu bewegen. Wenn wir nach Kritikpunkten suchen, dann gibt es lediglich die Beleuchtung im WC zu erwähnen. Das Licht war mir persönlich etwas zu schummrig. Wir haben ab der ersten Nacht sehr gut im Bett geschlafen. Und wenn man die Fenster im Wohnzimmer und die Balkontür im Schlafzimmer öffnet, hat man sehr schnell eine gute Luft in der gesamten Wohnung. Die zentrale Lage ist fantastisch und der Weg zur Promenande und zum Strand unsagbar kurz. Ihr habt hier ein Schmuckstück. Behaltet es in diesem tollen Zustand und all Eure Gäste werden stets begeistert sein und das ein oder andere mal auch wiederkommen. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich für die sehr nette Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl, sicher und aufgenommen gefühlt. Wir konnten uns richtig entspannen und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. La grande plage du Sillon à vos pieds, vous allez aimer.

Excellent accueil par le propriétaire, vous êtes mis à l'aise tout de suite , les vacances commencent .... L' appartement se situe au rez de chaussée d'un immeuble sécurisé par digicode. Le séjour est tourné vers la rue et la mer les vitres sont réfléchissantes extérieurement préservant votre intimité; il comprend un canapé de bonne facture noir, une table et quatre chaises, une télévision sur pivot au mur. La chambre est vaste et donne sur le parking derrière; elle dispose d'un grand lit avec très bonne literie, commodes de rangement, petite télévision, poste de radio multimédia. La cuisine équipée est petite mais très fonctionnelle il ne manque rien : frigo,four,lave-vaissellle,machine à café....La salle de bain est grande avec douche, sèche serviettes, elle dispose d'une machine à laver le linge. Le couloir communicant dispose d'un grand placard penderie. A 150 mètres vous disposez d'une place de parking sous-terrain dans un immeuble du front de mer, génial car les places sont chères.Je recommande cet appartement à deux pas à pied de la ville fortifiée. Vous traversez la rue vous êtes sur la grande promenade surplombant la magnifique plage de Saint Malo.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci encore à la propriétaire pour son accueil.

SUPERBE SEJOUR

Appartement très agréable, très fonctionnel et très propre. Il est idéalement situé face à la mer et proche de toutes commodités… Tout peut facilement se faire sans voiture. A 10mn à pied de la gare, d’Intramuros et des thermes, à quelques minutes à pied du marché de Rocabey et d’Intermarché. Les arrêts de bus sont également proches. La chambre est spacieuse et matelas très confortable. Beaucoup d’espace de rangement avec grande penderie dans l’entrée et deux commodes dans la chambre. Propriétaires très sympathiques. Merci encore à Thierry qui n’a pas hésité à venir nous chercher à la gare et nous raccompagner. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. A très bientôt
