Not bad not great
The location is nice. Building is fine. Room was well laid out as expected. Here are my issues: 1-loud. You can hear the garage door each and every time. Light sleepers be warned 2- hvac seems to have a mind of its own. Wanted to lower the heat but even set at 60 it was 70. 3- mattress was horrible. 4-linens werent clean. Went to use the foldout couch to find some pretty gross sheets/pillow cases in the closet. Wife was a bit salty over this. Thankfully we brought our own pillows. 5-bosch fridge is weird to close 6- bedroom has light switches but no lights. 3 switches but one fed a lamp. Whats the rest for? Upside - Property management was quick to respond when someone parked in our spot. Location for downtown was great Spacious Newer feel Not much traffic by resident or renters

Perfect property and location!
My husband and I stayed at this condo during our first trip to Asheville to celebrate his 50th. The property is secure and in a fantastic location! We were able to walk to everything in the South Slope Brewing District, downtown, and the Arts District. The apartment was beautiful and clean, with an oversized bathroom (so nice!), plenty of space for 2, and parking was easy. We loved Asheville and will definitely be back!

Great location, clean
Very nice rental in perfect walkable location to everything in downtown avl. Only minor annoyances were (1) bedroom is two floors directly over the building’s garage door and it goes up and down a lot, but not so loud you can’t deal; and (2) internet went out on us and couldn’t be fixed. Manager was prompt in providing us with password for a neighboring unit to poach Wi-Fi from and this worked fine so crisis averted on work zooms. All in all would def stay here again
