SANDS BEACH HOUSE neighbours 10 km of pristine beach and is a relaxed getaway for up to six people, tucked behind sand dunes on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

A few special touches...
The owners of SANDS beach house love travel and think it is always nice to get a little more than a ‘bare bones’ in a holiday house. For that reason you will find a few things here you won’t find in a standard holiday rental. Please feel free to use these extras to make your stay more enjoyable and, in the spirit of goodwill, leave them in good condition for other guests to benefit from and replenish consumables where possible.

Animals and Pets
A dog may stay if approved prior to booking. A pet fee applies. Your dog must not touch soft furnishings or carpeted areas. Please pick up after them, or an excess cleaning fee will also apply. You agree to not leave your dog inside the beach house if you are not inside. Cats are not accommodated.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Our Manager, who lives near the house, will assist you. Access is via a unique code and smart lock.

Relaxing getaways in a quiet pocket, Mt Coolum, on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. We designed and built the houses in 2011 as a getaway from the hectic lifestyle the city delivers. We hope you get the same level of rest and relaxation when you visit.

I love the peaceful area. This is a place where you can sleep through the night uninterrupted by artificial noise. The nature strip between the house and the beach is magnificent - cool and a great place to ride, run or walk.

The neighbours are super friendly. Locals here tend to have a healthier outlook than their city cousins.

What makes this property unique

A space to chill and forget about the worries of the world. A two minute walk and you are on the beach, but you are still close enough to walk to a small supermarket.
