Kanata Goode Beach

Kanata apartment is the lower level of a modern house overlooking beautiful Goode Beach in Albany, WA. Located just outside Torndirrup National Park, 5 minutes from Frenchman Bay, the Gap, the Natural Bridge and other scenic attractions. From the house are breathtaking views of King George Sound.

The open plan apartment sleeps 6-8 guests comfortably with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The deck overlooks Goode Beach and the Sound hosts a comfortable outdoor dining area and BBQ.

Bedroom 1: queen bedroom with ensuite
Bedroom 2: two single beds with an additional single trundle bed.
Bedroom 3 : queen bed
Bedrooms 2 & 3 share an ensuite bathroom

Outside deck with BBQ and 8-seater dining table
Shared washing machine (with clothes line outside)

There is a reserve-cycle air conditioning/heating system in the kitchen/dining/lounge, with some portable oil heaters also available. Unfortunately, the house is not wheel chair accessible and guests will need to walk down a flight of brick stairs to access the apartment.

It is a smoking-free house and property. No pets allowed.

note: internet available, but not unlimited; will not suit heavy internet users (e.g. gaming).

Wow, what a view, whales in the bay too.

We had a most enjoyable stay in this well equipped, comfortable, clean and well presented holiday home, it had everything we needed and more. The property has a spectacular wide view over the King George Sound, we enjoyed seeing Southern Right whales and dolphins passing in clear view, also lovely sunrises. There was plentiful bird life and flora, we even saw the Queen of Sheba Orchids at a local National Park. The ideal spot for anyone who loves all things nature, thank you so much to our hosts.

Wonderful Views

Wonderful area to stay in, very close to a lot of popular attractions with gorgeous views. A nice place to stay in, didn’t realise it was the bottom storey of a house until nearly check in time, but that wasn’t a problem. Quite steep stairs down to the place though, tv lounge was away from main heated area, but did have an oil heater provided.

Fantastic View

This view over Goode Beach and King George Sound is breathtaking. The property is very welcoming and comfortable and we are looking forward to staying here again on our next holiday to Albany.
