Heart of Tutukaka
Situated over the road from the Tutukaka Marina, this modern three-bedroom, two-bathroom home has two living areas, fabulous kitchen, with lovely outdoor entertaining areas and three car garaging. Set on one level, low maintenance brick and tile makes living a breeze.
Tutukaka Marina lies at the head of a beautiful natural harbour. A destination for local and international yachties, and home to a fleet of private launches and charter boats for diving and fishing.
The marina also offers a selection of lovely cafes and restaurants for all-day dining options, a variety of shops and a petrol station for your convenience. The green is great for picnics and there is a pathway along the waterfront leading to a small sandy beach at the end of the marina.
