Amazing location- walking distance to beach and town centre. Home was comfortable, clean and had everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. Back garden was secure for our dog and there was a doggy door installed too so she could come and go by herself.Would definitely go back
This property was central to everything, beach straight across the road, short walk to lah la for breakfast and shops. Very clean and has Everything you need for your stay. Quality furnishings and comfortable beds. Definitely will stay here again.
Great location, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Well stocked and furnished and excellent location. Property manager is very quick to answer emails etc. Would stay again.
beautiful property and was right near the town in walking distance of everything, amazing location and the house lived up to the photos. Would definitely come back and great communication with the owner!:)
100m from Dunsborough beach and not much further to the centre of town. Great little townhouse just off the main drag. Comfortable accomodation. Quality appliances and well maintained. 🙌🏻
The stay was lovely, we had building renovations going on next door which caused us some plumbing issues and whilst the weekend was quite it was not ideal for the weekdays! For the price this was very disappointing.
Great property, great location!
Everything about the place was great (except the possum on the roof two nights in a row). 6 of us, two seniors, two adults, two children and property was perfect. My only feedback is for the
Place to include hangers. Big wardrobes but nothing to hang up the clothes! Thanks
Absolutely great location on Dun Bay Road midway between town centre and the beach. However, there were a bunch of small things that added up to it not being as great as we’d hoped:
no instructions for anything, and operating the Smeg cooker and dishwasher almost defeated three pretty intelligent people,
my bed was a bit soft but the sheets (and towels) were like sandpaper,
while dog friendly with a well enclosed back deck, the front (with grass) wasn’t fenced
the floor rug in the living room was more stained that any rug I’ve ever seen in my life
some of the kitchen utensils were definitely not clean
The cleaner arrived at 10am on the dot and we felt bad that we were 10mins leaving (delayed by finally getting the dishwasher to work!).
Would I recommend this villa - not really.

Thank you for your review. The photos of the home clearly show the front of house being open and not fenced off and what the rear court yard looks like. Advertising "pet friendly" does not mean that the home is specially set up for pets but that the owner considers a pet (dog) providing the rental conditions are met. Therefore Im not sure why you were disappointed with this as all areas are clearly shown in our listing. There are instruction booklets in the bottom of the kitchen draw, however if unsure on how to turn on the dishwasher a quick text message to myself would have solved this for you. Unfortunately I received no correspondence from you.
Im not sure why you feel our towels and linen felt like "sand paper" its comercial hospitality linen that we have been using for 9 years and is hotel standard. I use in my personal home too and I love our sheets. Its cotton, perhaps you are more of a silk man?? Check out is by 10am and the cleaners usually have a tight schedules to get the homes changed over in time for the next guests. Therefore Im not sure why them arriving to work on time has upset you especially when they just sat in the car and patiently waited for you to finish packing up and check out. Would I recommend you? Not really.

Dark, cold & not so cozy
Property looks light & bright online but it’s actually very dark & dingy unless you have all the lights turned on.
Freezing cold inside even with the heater on 24/7. Listing said to provide own firewood, which is just cheap. Had to supply own matches, starter blocks & axe too! No extra blankets provided.
Fridge door is temperamental & would beep sporadically throughout the day/night.
Elaborate wardrobe but no decent hangers for your clothes. Had to live out of suitcase.
Ensuite tiny - only 1 person at a time.
Filter for heater needs to be cleaned asap, as do the dusty blinds in the upstairs bedroom.
Only 1 towel provided per adult for 5 day stay.
I felt like I was in Rottnest, walk to the beach, a coffee and the pub!
This was a great break for us, tucked behind the main road, it was very quiet.
Our only problem was grandparents slept upstairs and with stairs leading to an open 'room/space' meant they were awake as soon as the grandchildren! It was a great place for our dog to and made to feel very welcome taking a pet.
We will definitely book again.
