David Oct 2017 Highly recommended. Has everything you need plus some nice extra surprises. Good quite location 2 minutes walk to beach. Excellent wifi. Sally Anne April 2017 Just the perfect get away, close enough to walk or ride your bikes into town but not so close as to have traffic noise just the birds in the beautiful back yard. View of ocean whilst drinking my morning coffee just added to this relaxing place. Safe netted beach down the street great for a swim.
Kyle and Brooke June 2017 The house was lovely. Spacious and airy, clean and beautifully appointed. The location was great, very close to the beach and a quick drive into town. The fire was a the best part! Loved our stay, highly recommend to anyone staying with a dog. Anne March 2018 Very quiet location in an excellent residential area but only 5 mins walk to the nearest beach. Excellent living space upstairs and everything we needed was there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend

I love this cosy little property. It is very well appointed, and communication with the owner is fast and easy. This was our second stay, as we enjoyed it so much the first time:)

We absolutely loved our stay here! I've never seen a holiday rental so well-equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, and even a selection of herbs and spices. It was incredibly relaxing not to have to worry about bringing anything. Could not recommend it highly enough!

Loved our sea change experience. Great house well equiped and had everything! We loved arriving to music, fresh garden roses and a cheese platter and bubbles. It was thoughtful and perfect.

Thank you for taking the time to review Mark. Sometimes the small things can be the “cherry on the top” and that’s what we aim for. Having had my own holiday accommodation businesses with over 25 managed properties, it was always my wish to provide the little extras, but very difficult on a large scale , and dealing with many property owners purses. To just look after our own property now is a pleasure , esp with guests who look after , and appreciate our home. Thank you for being five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ guests and we look forward to having you stay again soon. Kind regards Rebecca and Gerard
The house was so lovely and so close to the beach. A leisurely stroll and we were at the beautiful Old DUNSBOROUGH beachfront. This is by far the best equipped house, the bird life was amazing. We had daily visits from friendly Kookaburras, magpies, parrots among others. Such a lovely relaxing house to spend time in. Thank you Rebecca and your husband for your wonderful service we had a truly lovely holiday.

Thank you Vanessa for your lovely review. We realise how precious holiday breaks are, and are delighted you felt relaxed in our home. We would love to have you back some time, and recommend highly to other Hosts having you stay in their home.
This house is a lovely little gem located on a small block in Dunsborough. The view from the balcony through the trees to the water in the distance is lovely. The house is furnished with everything you might need. Kitchen is well-stocked with heaps of spices & basics to cook at home. Lots of other lovely little touches to make you feel right at home. Plus we could take our little dog, so that was a bonus. I would recommend this house.
