All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive.

Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

Lovely Home

My husband and our 1 yo son stayed for 2 nights. The space was much larger than we needed (we didn't even use the downstairs) but it was exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price. The home is at the end of town towards the main hwy into town, but walking down into town wasn't an issue for able bodied folks. We'd definitely think about booking again next time we want to visit Manzanita!

Heatwave getaway

We happened to book our stay on a rare heatwave event in Manzanita. Luckily they had a cool basement and the property management was able to find another fan. Everything was clean and as advertised.

Perfect Stay for Families!

We had such a great time in this lovely home! Clean, comfortable rooms, open first floor which was a nice gathering space, deck was pleasant and the ping pong tournaments were first rate!
