The Space:

Set beneath a canopy of native trees and surrounded by gardens, this home offers a calm and welcoming atmosphere. In the main living area, unwind on the L-shaped sofa by the fireplace, with music through the Sonos system. A second living room offers a playful nook for little ones to read, play games, or draw on the chalkboard wall.



Prepare a gourmet feast in the well-equipped kitchen featuring an electric oven, walk-in pantry, Nespresso machine, and Corian benchtops. Dine at the timber table, or head outdoors for alfresco BBQs and freshly made pizzas from the pizza oven beneath the louvred roof. Spend afternoons by the fire pit or lounging in the sun while the kids play on the lawn.



The generous back deck is a highlight, perfect for long, unhurried afternoons. With deck chairs and beanbags, it’s ideal for reading, sipping local wine, or soaking in the bushland views. As the sun sets, light filters through the trees and the sky glows red, creating a peaceful close to the day.



At night, retreat to five tranquil bedrooms with leafy outlooks. The primary suite features a king four-poster bed and an ensuite. Two queen rooms and a children’s room with a bunk bed and chalkboard wall share a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. Steps from the main house, a self-contained studio suite offers a queen bed, ensuite, bar fridge, TV, and split-system air conditioning, a private hideaway with dam views.



A study nook offers a quiet workspace. Laundry is made easy with a washer and dryer. Firewood is supplied in winter, and additional wood can be purchased locally outside of the season. Enjoy ultimate comfort with reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main living area, primary suite, and fifth bedroom, plus heaters and pedestal fans in all bedrooms. Driveway parking includes a 220kW EV charger, three times faster than standard.



This off-grid, eco-conscious retreat runs on solar power and fresh rainwater, with a solar battery and high-speed EV charger. Overlooking native bushland, it offers a true nature-immersion stay where guests can slow down, reconnect, and embrace the forest's quiet rhythms.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Positioned in Yallingup Hills, this home offers easy access to nature and gourmet delights. Just five minutes away, pick up a fresh loaf from the beloved Woodfired Bakery. In seven minutes, enjoy a coffee at the General Store and Café, savour steaks at the Caves House or dine on fresh seafood at Lagoon Yallingup. From there, it’s a short stroll to Yallingup Beach–perfect for a swim or a sunset walk. Visit boutique tasting rooms like Cape Naturaliste Vineyard, Marq Wines, and Deep Woods Estate, all just eight minutes away. Families will love the Country Life Farm, just seven minutes from home, where kids can feed friendly animals. A little further on, the Dunsborough town centre awaits with pristine beaches, boutique shopping, and waterfront dining.

Airport: 40 minutes by car from Busselton Margaret River Airport.



Public Transport: There are no public transport options nearby.

A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.
