Great location, cute house, clean and well setup. The YouTubetv was a huge plus. Great communication from the host when I didn’t read the instructions properly, they were quick to respond and help me out.
Plenty of space for our family of 5. Clean. Youtube TV was a nice surprise. Air conditioning works very well! Also has nice back porch, although we didn't use it.
We were in town for a Showcase Baseball tournament and the location of the house was PERFECT as well as the comfort level. Your within minutes of everything to see and do in wonderful Aggie Land. Highly recommend!!!

"I appreciate the feedback. So happy you enjoyed your stay"
We were in town visiting our daughter who is a student at A&M. We've stayed at this property before and really enjoyed it. It's a wonderful location and the backyard was great for our toddlers. We even made a fire and did s'mores. Great stay!
While visiting with our daughter's family, we stayed in this cute little 2BR house. While it was a bit ourdated, it had everything we needed and was close to restaurants, stores, entertainment...etc. check-in/out was simple. Would stay here again.

From the owner: "We understand your concern regarding ants and roaches. We want to note that neither we nor our property manager received any communication during your stay. Her phone number is posted in two visible spots inside the home, along with clear instructions to call or text if any issues come up. The property was inspected for pests just one week before your arrival, with no signs of activity. After your stay, the property manager inspected the home inside and out and found no evidence of ants or roaches. We also have a professional exterminator service the property monthly to ensure it stays well-maintained. Thank you for your feedback."
Very neat place to stay. All the comforts of home. Beautiful back yard. Fire pit, grill, comfy chairs and table. A great place for a family to stay. Fenced in back yard so very private. We walked around the neighborhood, it was safe.
My husband and I drove down from Michigan to move our daughter in to Texas A&M. The location was perfect and the property was comfortably and beautiful. The bed in the master bedroom was wonderful.
House in quiet neighborhood. Communication was good and check-in was smooth. Cute, clean house close to College Station

Good Game Day Location
This was a good location for game day. It had most everything we needed except it would have been nice for there to be complimentary shampoo/conditioner for guests (there was only bar soap). We had no complaints though and the a/c worked great.
Escellent. Will rent this location again. I did encounter one issue during my stay with the door lock not functioning properly by this was taken care of immediately. I could not have asked for better, more prompt service.
Easy check-in. House was clean and spacious. Rollaway bed was a nice addition. The couches are definitely worn but no visible stains/rips just seem older. 10 mins from A&M campus and close proximity to stores and restaurants. Extra blankets and pillows was great and even had some laundry detergent and toiletries. Would stay again.
Loved this rental for our long Easter weekend visiting our Aggie! It was so nice to be able to relax, prepare our own meals in the well-appointed kitchen and spend family time altogether. Big brother had reliable wifi with which to study (and the bandwidth supported the rest of our devices). The outdoor space in the backyard was a great bonus for some nice family pictures and the serious egg hunt our teens still expect! Will definitely rent here again.

All the furniture seems like used, goodwill furniture. Showers are for people under 5'3 or else you have to squat. Only 1 tv in living room and cable never worked. Definitely needs a bit more work. It was clean for the most part.

Hi Sharon, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We have high standards of hospitality for our property and strive to make vacation rental easy for our guests. - As we value the condition of our home and amenities, maintenance immediately resolved both issues, restoring internet and cable services. A recent upgrade on November 27th saw the replacement of the Optimum box and router/modem, ensuring optimal connectivity.- The couches are in excellent condition, with the brown one being only a few years old and of high quality. Guests can rest assured that it's soft and comfortable. The other couches are real leather, slightly older than the brown one but still very comfortable and a bit firmer.- We aim for transparency and our listing is accurately advertised. For guest use, the property features a single TV, as shown in the photos. All bedding, including pillows in both bedrooms, is relatively new, approximately 1 1/2 years old. Additional brand-new pillows and blankets can be found in the bedroom closets.- Both showers are designed for adults, with shower heads at the appropriate height. The toilets are of standard height, not the taller handicapped version. Throughout the house, brand-new 52” ceiling fans, one in each bedroom and two in the living room ensure ample cooling air.- Despite being a small older house, significant efforts have been made to enhance its appeal. An investment was made in decor, and recent updates include a new stove, microwave, and dishwasher. High-quality vinyl plank flooring spans the entire house, complemented by fresh paint, new plumbing fixtures, and updated bathroom hardware. In addition, the yard is meticulously maintained every two weeks during the offseason and weekly during the season. We truly do all we can to make the best possible stay, we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
Overall my family and I had a very good stay. When we arrived the check in went very smooth but once settled in for the evening we had a little issue getting the TV to work. After trying to figure it out for a while I reached out to the contact person and shortly after received a text and phone call from the owner to assist with the process of using their TV / Cable box and finding the remotes. Owner even provided a credit for our troubles.
Would suggest creating some instruction on how to use their TV/Cable box and putting some Drain-O in the Sink of he front bathroom as it seems to back up when only running small amounts of water. Notice a few items broken in back yard (Door Screen and Ceiling Fan) but because we were there for a week long class we had no use for the back yard and didn't go out again after the first day we arrived to look the place over. Overall the stay was very good. Would definitely recommend and if I had a need in the area again this would be my first choice.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house is very cute and satisfied our needs. It was clean. It is decorated very cutely in the living room. However, there were a few surprises. The master bathroom is missing all the towel bars and bathtub safety bar, & toilet paper holder (as was mentioned in a review from Sep 2022-so, sadly, no upgrades made in over a year). Also, someone mentioned in an earlier review that the kitchen was well-appointed; however, I disagree. As someone who loves cooking and cooks regularly the kitchen was just adequate. Most of the cooking utensils were cheap plastic like the kind that you are given when you get a large take-out order from a place like Dickies BBQ. There were no cutting boards; luckily our Aggie was able to loan us one for our visit. Also, the master bedroom mattress was very soft (maybe good for those who like to sink into a mattress) and the pillows were lumpy from washing which made sleeping a challenge. With a little more TLC this place would be 5-star.
