Timbers 1 Beautiful, Luxurious, Large Townhouse with Private Hot Tub by RedAwning

Enjoy this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom town home located on the Sierra

Star Golf Course and near Eagle Lodge and sleeps 10. It comes with a fully

equipped kitchen, and has a TV/DVD, wood burning fireplace (NOTE: Firewood not

provided), and sofa sleeper in the living room. It offers a King and TV in the

master bedroom, a queen and TV in the 2nd bedroom with a private bath. The

third bedroom has a queen and the fourth bedroom has two twins. This unit

offers WiFi internet access, a private Jacuzzi, and BBQ on the outside deck.

Other amenities include a washer/dryer and two car garage (garage clearance 7'

4").



This unit is not pet friendly and has a 3 night minimum. All guests receive

complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities

including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,

pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes.

If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our

office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Please

We stayed at Timbers 1, and it exceeded our expectations. The folks at Mammoth Reservations were helpful, service oriented and responsive. The place was clean and all systems, TVs, washer/dryer, dishwasher etc. worked great. We can't wait to return and will ping Mammoth Reservations when we do.

Our group of 4 couples had a great time at Timber Court. The unit was everything it was described to be: spacious, beautiful, clean, and nicely equipped. Everything went smoothly in our first post-vaccination trip. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and very comfortable. We could see that the owners have put a lot of care into the house. I worked with Ellen at Mammoth reservations; she was accommodating, professional, great personality, and I would work with her again. She is a real asset to your company. The few items that could use some attention. `The window needs cleaning. The kitchen skillets were in bad shape. We actually bought a new one and left it. The toilets sounded like rocket ships when there flush. If you flush them at night, they will wake people up. The kitchen floor is beautiful, but when you walk on it, it creaks, and the sound goes through the floor into the bedroom below and wakes up the people in the bedroom. Curtis Jennings
