About this property

Modern, family friendly home walking distance from Middleton Beach

Modern home situated 3 minutes walk from the beach and next door to the Albany Golf Club. Ideal for the family holiday or long weekend break. Sleeps 6 people with 2 Queen beds and 2 King single beds. Separate lounge with large kitchen and dining area. Split unit air conditioners in the living area and in the two queen bedrooms. All linen and towels are professionally cleaned to meet Australian Standards (washed at minimum of 72 degrees with 2 minutes at 98 degrees).
Walk or take a short bike ride to Emu Point or Middleton Beach cafes. For the more energetic , make it a longer outing , cycling along the scenic boardwalk route for a breakfast in the town centre.
Outdoor shower.
Bikes & Golf Clubs provided as well as Xbox, DVD's & Games.
Two Youth Kayaks and Stand up Paddle boards for adult and youth are also available.
CCTV surveillance: There are cameras facing the outside street and one in the garage. There is also one inside the house and although it will be switched off a manual cover is provided to prevent any coverage.

Absolutely wonderful accommodation, Carol really spoilt us with a lovely welcome gift. There was everything you needed to make the home feel welcome. The calmness and cleanliness of the property was absolutely beautiful. Wonderful location for bike riding and walking along the beach and stopping at the lovely coffee van. We will definately be back again as wonderful holiday home.

Fantastic house and location for family holiday. If you love walks, beach, golf this is the place for you. Teenage kids found it great, ping pong table was great for the one rainy day we had.

Gorgeous house, really comfortable and well equipped (loved the bikes, boogie board and table tennis) and in a great location just a few mins walk down to the beach. Checkin was smooth and great communication from the host.
