The Point is an elevated coastal retreat set above the long sweep of Onetangi Beach. Light filled and well positioned, the home offers wide sea views, generous indoor outdoor living, and a relaxed layout designed for slow mornings, beach days, and unhurried evenings together.
The Space:
The Point is designed around sunshine, views, and ease. The main living level opens into a bright open plan space where large windows draw the ocean into the room and keep the outlook present throughout the day.
A well equipped kitchen anchors the living area, offering quality appliances, generous bench space, and a large dining table suited to shared meals. The lounge includes comfortable seating, a gas fire for cooler evenings, and television with streaming and sports channels for relaxed nights in.
Wide glass doors open onto expansive decking, an outdoor entertaining area, flat lawn, and a private six seater spa pool. All outdoor spaces are positioned to make the most of the northern aspect and sweeping views across Onetangi Bay.
Three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry are located on this main level, making everyday living simple and practical. Upstairs, the master suite feels private and calm, with its own ensuite and a deck that looks directly out over the bay.
A private walking track leads from the property down to the sand at Onetangi Beach, offering easy access to swimming, long walks, and the beachfront dining strip.
