Three bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry are on the main level with the master bedroom, ensuite bathroom and private deck overlooking the beach on the upper level. The Point is a five minute walk down a track to Onetangi beach with 2.5 kilometres of white sand and three seaside restaurants.

The home is a few minutes drive to award winning vineyards and restaurants including Tantalus, Stonyridge, Te Motu, Obsidian and Miro/Casita Miro. The supermarket, iconic Saturday farmers market, ferries, local cafes and shopping are all within a 10 minute drive.
