The Space:
Odyssean Tiny House A is the ideal tiny house NSW retreat in Quorrobolong, a small locality in the Hunter Region, just 53 minutes away from Newcastle. Nearby Watagans National Park, the small town of Dora Creek, and the picturesque Bonnells Bay situated on the stunning Lake Macquarie on the central coast. A cozy 155-square-foot tiny home with a queen-sized bed in the loft and a couch on the ground floor, ideal for 2 adults and 1 child. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a flushed toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that a second tiny house called "Odyssean Tiny House B" sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas. Except for farm sheds, stables, and shipping containers. If you are interested, we also have pre-orders and activities listed below by prior arrangement with the host 24 hrs before arrival.

Pre-orders

- Breakfast hampers are available at prior request from guests
- Firewood is available for an extra cost of $30 per bag and paid directly to the land host
- Please contact your land host 48 hours in advance to make the necessary arrangements

Activities

- Riding trails out the back are accessible to guests for both horse riding and motorcycling
- Guests can bring their horse and ride in the property's sand arena for an extra cost of $50 per night
- If you plan to bring your horse, please inform the land host 24 hours before arrival to make the necessary arrangements
- Guests are advised to follow the safety guidelines discussed with the land host as the property is a farm hazard that may potentially harm you

- Buses run from Sydney to Hunter Valley are available, just tell the bus driver could to drop you off in front of our property

- From Melbourne, you would need to get to Sydney and then get a bus to the Hunter Valley

Other Things to Note:
- Mobile reception is good in town
- Smoking allowed in the property, but no smoking allowed in the Tiny House
- No pets are allowed on the property
- Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed
- Guest can invite visitors but must inform hosts
- Please keep in mind that some areas are shared, such as the chairs, etc.
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Safety guidelines

- We advise guests to keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft is quite steep
- Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay
- We strictly advise guests to follow these safety guidelines to avoid potential accidents on the property

Important note:

- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Please expect some noise as the property is a working farm stay accommodation that cares for farm animals and crops
- In order to maintain the cleanliness, a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
