Charming, newly renovated 3-bedroom, two bathroom Cape located within walking distance of Newport beaches, bars and entrance to the Cliff Walk. Spacious backyard including plenty of seating for friends and family. Enjoy the fire pit and outdoor shower too! All new beds as well as brand new appliances throughout the house.

This place was amazing and so perfect for our trip! The house was adorable and actually a bit bigger than I expected from the pictures. The location was amazingly close to downtown Newport which made our plans so easy and convenient. The house was clean and communication was simple and prompt. Thank you for such a great stay!

Great time for our annual trip to Newport!

We had such a wonderful time in this house. In past years we’ve rented apartments in Newport but this year we decided we wanted a bit more space and it was great. There was the perfect amount of space for all of us, it was soooo nice not having to worry about parking since we had a driveway and our beds were very comfy! We will likely be staying here again next year!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home. The house was located right next to the beach. It’s a quick walk to restaurants and a short drive to downtown Newport. The house had everything we needed for our family with 2 bathrooms and showers, a lovely living room, dining room for breakfast and our favorite the fenced in backyard where we spent all our nights. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and hoping we can rent it again for a week next year!

Nice house in a great location- close to everything and in a safe neighborhood. Host was very easy to communicate with. Window air conditioners keep the house plenty cool enough. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in the area.
