Wellness Retreat - Oceanfront condo w beach access

The Atlantic opens up right in front of you - floor-to-ceiling sliders connect the great room directly to an oversized terrace where panoramic ocean views stretch as far as the eye can see. Wake up to the sound of waves and step outside to take it all in. Sorry, no pets.
 
The space
The open-concept great room flows onto the terrace, where ocean views dominate every angle. A ceiling fan keeps the air moving, and a smart HDTV with Roku is ready for evenings in.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom holds a king bed, with the living area sectional sleeping additional guests - total capacity is four. Bed linens, towels, hangers, and an iron are provided.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and dining table. Cooking basics and dishes are included.
 
Bathroom
The ensuite bathroom features a bathtub and hair dryer. Soap and toilet paper are provided.
 
Location
TPC Sawgrass is just minutes away. Jacksonville Beach is roughly 15 minutes north, and St. Augustine - home to Flagler College and historic beaches - is about 30 minutes south. Downtown Jacksonville's riverfront dining is an easy drive as well.

Incredibly property!

I don’t often stay at a place that was so amazing that I leave a review but this one takes the cake. Great communication with the owner after booking, INCREDIBLE views of the ocean, and such a clean, amazing home. 10/10 would recommend to any and everybody — we hope to stay here again in the future!

This property could be nothing less than excellent due to its proximity to the ocean. Unit is well stocked with all conveniences and my only recommendation would be an upgrade to the bedding-all of it. This would really make a big difference and represent the quality of its location.

The unit was beautiful and centrally located for everything. We loved our time there. I would suggest maybe a stool in the bedroom so you can use that mirror for makeup/hair, etc.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. We were visiting our daughter who has taken a job in Jacksonville. The area is super quite. We spent all day Friday at the condo enjoying the lanai, drinking coffee and watching the osprey and dolphins! The condo has gorgeous sunrise views that we enjoyed every morning! The area is great location for running to the Publix and several wonderful restaurants and is close enough to Jacksonville and St Augustine to enjoy those areas as well, which we did! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect view from balcony

Small unit with only one bedroom and one bath but we loved this place due to the amazing view from the balcony. Our only real complaint is the lack of hot water. It appears that the hot water heater is turned down to save energy so you only get warmish water to shower.

This condo is less than 100 hundred feet from the ocean waters! Absolutely beautiful views along with the incredible ocean waves pounding against the tide. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Newly renovated for sure. Only issue I had was that water pressure was not to my liking and the water temp wasn’t too hot. At night the heater/ac is a bit noticeably loud. The location has everything you need for food,etc. We enjoy it tremendously.

Lovely ocean sounds & view!

We enjoyed staying at this lovely property. It is exactly as described & pictured. The ocean views & sounds are wonderful with beach front access. Sunrise in the morning was spectacular to see. My son woke with a loud “WOW”! The only issue we had was a lack of paper products supplied. However, the manager responded promptly & sent someone with the needed products immediately. Definitely, recommend.

When we arrived we send a note about the fridge that was leaking not a big deal but it would be nice to have a thank you note. Also the AC system was noisy. All in all if you love the beach you will appreciate this place.

Details

The info on the tv was misleading, Roku would work. There was no local or live tv unless you used your own passwords and codes. The Roku was replaced on our 2nd day. There was construction on new stairs on the patio side so we were unable to use it till Friday when they weren’t working. A bit disappointing for the price we paid. But a very nice area and condo.

The positive: The location is amazing. Incredible, unobstructed views and immediate access to a beautiful beach which is large and relatively flat. Great sunrises. The unit is well laid out and great for a short stay. It’s relatively quiet. The negative: Although billed as a 5 star experience, the unit did not live up to the billing. The washing machine didn’t drain properly so clothes came out soaking wet and took forever to dry. Furniture/rugs/bedding needed a good cleaning (dirty mattress pad, yellowed pillows, stains on furniture/rugs). Kitchenware was a mismatched assortment of mostly poor-quality items. Beach chairs need replacing (no umbrella). Stove burners not level so it was difficult to cook.Toilet didn’t flush unless the handle was held down all the way. The bathroom sink stopper doesn’t hold water such that you can’t rinse a bathing suit, shave, etc. Very nice folks with the property management company reached out when these items were brought to their attention but nothing was addressed during our 3 week stay. If you’re looking for a beachfront get away for a short time and you can overlook the above, this place is great. If you are expecting everything to be really nice, or are staying for an extended time, you may wish to try another unit, at least until the above items are addressed.

Wonderful location, literally steps from the ocean, with gorgeous sunrises greeting us every morning. Fellow renters and owners were very welcoming, sharing dining options we weren't aware of from our previous visit. Check in/out is seamless, and we had zero problems during our visit. We are looking forward to reserving this property again in the very near future!
