Great house for family vacation

Very nice house on lake. We really enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake, the private dock for fishing and swimming. Close to shops and entertainment.

Great getaway with family!

Beautiful home in a great location. Large lot at the end of the cove. Plenty of room to hang out on the dock and play! Kayak, paddle board and swim. The kids had a blast. The home was beautiful and the just was very helpful and kind!

House was just like it was in the pictures! Came down to this house for the week to get married. Had my daughter my dad and mom and my wife and her mom and the place was great! The property manager came by a hour after we checked in to make sure everything was ok. Definitely will book again in the future!

Great Family Get Together

This is my 4th VRBO at LOZ and by far the best location yet! This lovely home came fully equipped with anything a person could need! Lots of dishes, glasses and silverware. An amazing built in ice machine kept up with 7 people all week. Propertu manager Tom stopped in to check on things and was super nice. The master suite is sheer luxury and we loved it all! Thank you, we will be hack!

Fall in the Ozarks

We had a great stay at this property. Communication with the property manager Tom, was great and he was available for any questions. The house is awesome, with plenty of room, and the kitchen was a great spot to hang out and cook. The driveway is steep, our rental car was a full size SUV (Ford Expedition) and we had a hard time making the turn from the driveway into the garage. The car just sat outside, which was no big deal. I'm sure the whole lake scene is completely different in the summer time, but for a week in October, it was a nice quiet and relaxing week.

The house was in a perfect location. It had all that we needed, was clean and spacious! We were very happy to be able to use the garage. Traveled there on motorcycles so the driveway was a bit of a challenge for 5 touring bikes to turn around so being able to park in the garage was a big plus. Also were able to use some of the floating devices for the water , enjoyed the table and seating on the dock. Rented a pontoon boat the one day. The use of the dock made the logistics of it all so much better since we were on bikes. Had one person go pick up the boat and drive it back to dock at the house to pick up the rest of the crew. The lake was very nice , water was fairly warm ( were there 2nd week in Sept) No complaints about the house at all. Had a great time and would definitely go back! Never been to the ozarks (live in PA ) loved the area and the surrounding areas. Just beautiful. Local residents were also very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great. View to the main channel was better than expected. Comfortable for eight adults. Garage refrigerator sure helps when providing meals for a week. Tom was attentive to our needs and made sure our stay went well.

Nearby restaurants, groceries and activities. The property was perfect for our family. There were a couple lights burned out when we arrived and we called the property manager He arrived the very next morning with light bulbs in hand and made several food and activity recommendations while he replaced the burned out bulbs. Despite the high temperatures, this was a great vacation. We have re-booked for 2023.

Family vacation 2022

There were 12 of us from multiple generations of our family on this trip. This house was amazing! It was easy to get to, clean and close to restaurants and activities. There were more than enough bathrooms 2 that were private, which helped with the generations! The location at the end of the cove provided privacy yet easy access to the main channel by boat or jet ski when we wanted to go out and about. Our kids asked us when we were going back to the house before we even left! One of our best trips to the lake!!

Terrific Rental Home on Sunrise Beach

Our whole family had a great week at this lakefront home on Sunrise Beach. The home is very large with lots of space for our family group of 4 adults and 5 children. Having 4 bedroom and 4 bathrooms is definitely a major plus. The location is excellent as the house is on a fairly quiet cove with it's own private dock. The house was renovated last year and I believe we were the first tenants to rent it. The rental agent, Tom, was terrific and very responsive. The air conditioning was not working properly and he was able to have the air conditioning company come in and get the system working properly. All in all, this was the nicest home we've rented in 5 trips to the Lake of the Ozarks.

We enjoyed our visit so much! We met family from OK and this beautiful location was about halfway for us. We loved the house! It has been beautifully updated and was spotless. Comfy beds and a great layout for our family to visit and make memories! Even without the lake activities there was plenty to do around the area. We definitely recommend Ha Ha Tonka state park as an outing. We hope to meet here again next Christmas! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

The house and dock are perfect! Great location on the lake. Nice and quiet yet a minute away from the main channel. The kids loved swimming off the dock there and it was sheltered from boat traffic. The house is huge and we had plenty of room for our group of 8. Close to several bars/restaurants both by car and boat. We would definitely hope to book this house again whenever we return to loto.
