Spend your days on Big Bear's spacious deck, where outdoor dining and a high-top seating area create the perfect setting for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or meals with a view.

Also on the main level, the private primary suite offers a king bed, TV, and spa-like en-suite bath featuring a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities.

Downstairs, a second cozy living area with another stone gas fireplace, TV, and game table for four is ready for family movie nights or friendly competition. Two additional guest bedrooms and a shared full bath provide comfortable accommodations for everyone—one bedroom with a king bed and the other with two twin beds.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drivable location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Zip-Lining, High Ropes Course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on ski lift tickets and ski equipment rentals during the winter season.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
