This quaint two-storey beach house is situated at the highest point in Guilderton, with panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding landscape.
The 3 bedroom home sleeps 7 upstairs. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area features a brand new split-system air conditioner, large TV and fully appointed kitchen. Step out onto the massive balcony with barbecue and outdoor setting, where you can relax with a drink and take in the view. The upstairs bathroom has a bath for the littlies, shower and separate toilet, while the laundry downstairs has a second shower and toilet.

Take a towel and have a dip in the Moore River or the Indian Ocean.
Practice kayaking canoeing, splashing and playing in the water, windsurfing, boating, photography, bird watching, climbing, collecting sea shells, building sand castles, treasure hunts, beach volleyball, or simply comb the beach for free craft supplies.
Pack a hamper and spend the day or a balmy evening with good company at the gas fired free barbecues under the trees and enjoy the river mouth view. Mother nature is often in action and occasionally the mouth of the river sandbar opens to the sea.
Swing the clubs on one of the most picturesque 9 hole golf courses in WA. For family fun day out enjoy a game of mini golf.
Paddle, kayak or canoe up the Moore River
Test your sand board skills at the sand hills.
Enjoy majestic sunsets over the Indian ocean.
Hang out the rods for some serious beach or reef fishing or catch some Bream in the River.

The prpery is very tired. The fly screens are useless as holes in. The door to the patio needs attention, maybe some WD40 would help. The Curtin poles come down as you try to open the curtains. Some blinds dont work. This is not the iwners fault but we were constantly spraying an army of tony ants that invaided the kitchen. But to wake up to a large carpet python on the table was the uceing on the cake. The snake catcher said it wouldn't have just come in that morning it would probably been in the house a while. Can't say we slept well. The picture of the bedroom with 2 twin beds is wrong so that needs to be changed as its bunk beds.

Great vista and reasonable conditions in house.

Old style property with all collectives of previous owners stuff. Shower and toilets needs maintenance and main TV reception faulty. Stairs steep for anyone with bad knees. A/C works well in main room and plenty of fridge and freezer space. Front flyscreen would not shut unless forced pressure. Happy with the house as an older style rental with a good price with comparable accommodation

Lovely Views at Affordable Moore River accommodation

We were two couples staying for a few nights at Moore River (Guilderton). Unfortunately, another couple weren't able to join us, but the property would have easily accommodated six. The ocean views were gorgeous, the house roomy and comfortable and the kitchen cupboards had all the utensils etc we needed. Two bathrooms (one downstairs) were a welcome bonus. Only one minor negative - BBQs rusty or dirty so we cooked in kitchen. Highly recommended - we wish we owned this one!

The beds were all very comfortable and the house had a great feel to it. The water pressure in the showers was a bit slow and some of the appliances need to be updated, but overall we had a great time. Looking forward to renting again with Country Value Holiday Homes.
