Great stay but a few shortcomings

Lovely property in great location, great for families Unfortunately the hot pool varied from cold to lukewarm for our whole stay. One of the reasons we booked this property was for the pool for the kids so this was disappointing, especially considering the premium price we paid. We have stayed at this property a number of times over the years and frequently there is a problem with the pool. The oven thermostat was broken so oven temperature was very hot -on full constantly - needs fixing. No microwave Extractor fan in main bathroom not working We tried calling Bachcare 0800 number but no one answered.
