• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom



• Vinyl plank flooring is throughout the unit



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home; dining table seats eight, plus four barstools for additional seating



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit



• Living area has a queen-size sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed; primary bathroom is newly remodeled with a spa shower and stand-alone soaking tub



• Second bedroom has a king-size bed



• Third bedroom features a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed



• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in and check-out



• Maximum of two cars allowed; one reserved space, and the second car is on a first-come, first-served basis



• Smoking/vaping is not permitted at Marlin Key except around the grill area and in the front parking lot away from the building

I would not hesitate to book this room again. I learned the hard way this room is cheaper if you reserve through itrip.net. Love the area . Great for kids of all ages.

Our trip was amazing! The condo exceeded any expectations we had. It was beautiful and well equipped. If even had a waffle maker ! The beach was just a few steps away and so beautiful. We loved the fact that it was not located in the “busy” area of Orange Beach but still just a few minutes from shopping. We will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Our first time in Orange Beach, but won’t be our last. We are SOLD! This condo is immaculate and in a very quiet area. The assigned parking made it very convenient, the property is very well maintained, and the layout of the condo was plenty of space. We love that it is not crowded sincere there are only 4 floors of rooms.

Friends and Family weekend Getaway

This condo was perfect for our multi family getaway. Early check in was available, location was amazing, and the view was breathtaking! We all felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! My only suggestion would be to change out the bath towels— they’re just too small.
