Really enjoyed our stay at the house. Very nicely appointed and clean, air conditioning worked well. Excellent communication with owner/manager, when one of the smoke detectors started beeping. A new battery was installed straight away.Only two improvements we would suggest (bearing in mind we were four older ladies) - hand rail/s up the front steps would have been very helpful (those stones are very uneven) as well as a safety rail in the shower. Both toilets had a safety rail.
this place very good to stay with the friends and the kid. The kids love the house so much . so much thinks to do at the house . thanks for having us Lara
Fantastic house. Very large house and big backyard. It was super clean and had everything we needed and more. The hosts were great and were happy to assist when we contacted them. We especially loved the location being so close to the river, lovely being able to walk down to the river and along the river to the local store and pub, which l must say the meals were great and massive servings. I highly recommend this house for a getaway for a weekend or longer, so close to Echuca and Moama but without all the crowds. Will we be back but for longer next time.
No refund, thats it. 21 days booked by mistake.
Tried to cancel or reduce stay with refund at 1 day after booking with 6 days before check in date. But the greedy inhuman owner wouldnt budge. Took my money with out any remorse or guilt.
Stays.com no help. I'm Trying to make a living working remote country away from family mistakes happen then i get penalised by made up policy that is only subject to owners discretion.
Who on gods earth would want to stay in barma for 21 days working 40min away.

We do offer refunds. Our Stayz Policy is 100% refund over14 days, 50% between 7-14 days and no refunds under 7days. You accepted this policy at your booking like everyone else. We advised and comunicated this with you responding to all of your 14 messages on the same subject. We also went out of our way to give you alternative options to assist you (which we didn't have to do). Clearly as you couldn't get your own way you have written a bad review. This review has nothing to do with the house or anything we have done wrong. We have a 5 star rating from every person that has ever stayed at our property. Our house is spotlessly clean (photo evidence is taken prior to every stay) and our communication is very quick and clear. Our check in is super easy and flexible. Our house listing is acuratly described.

This is our holiday house and we have opened it up for others to enjoy as well. We have been renovating this house for over 1 year and we are so proud of it. We love boating on the river at Barmah. We also go to Echuca/Moama quite a bit as its so close. There is so much less boats on the water in Barmah, making it so much safer for our family. The people in Barmah are lovely and the pub has fantastic meals which we love.
