Welcome to our modern design two storey town house close to the heart of Busselton. Just meters from the beautiful white sands of Geographe bay, and 5 to 10 minutes walk to the town center and the famous Busselton Jetty. This is the ideal spot for a relaxing family holiday, or romantic or action packed weekend getaway - the choice really is yours. The ground floor consists of a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area, including sliding glass doors which open out to the outdoor alfresco area, artificial lawn and landscaped back yard. There is a reverse cycle split system in the living room for heating/cooling Also on the bottom floor is the master bedroom, which contains a queen size bed, two bedside tables and a large floor to ceiling mirrored robe. The bedroom windows are also floor to ceiling and let in a gorgeous breeze in the evening. The master bedroom also has a adjoining en-suite, and separate toilet for downstairs use. The separate laundry is also downstairs. Upstairs consists of two bedrooms, the first with a double size bed, the other containing a single bunk bed. Both rooms contain built in robes. There is also an adjoining bathroom with bath, and separate toilet. All bedrooms are carpeted, and the main living areas are a modern floorboard lookalike (vinyl) surface.
HOUSE RULES NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY -Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends. No noise must be heard from the property after these hours. -Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the house. -No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed. -Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to: No cats, rabbits or birds allowed. Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted. Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking. The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest. Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable. Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

The house was excellent, well equipped, the perfect size for our family of 4 and the area was nice and quiet for the duration of our stay. The beach is an easy walk away and absolutely stunning. We had a fabulous holiday. Will be back!
