The house was just beautiful and the lemon and grapefruit trees boardering on the other side of the fence were gorgeous. Sitting on the back patio was a getaway in itself.

It was amazing. Wisiting from Sweden, this place struck us out of breath. It felt like coming home, just in a different place on earth.Such a nice and clean neighborhood. Taking morning or nightly walks around felt safe. And I could definitely have been staying here with children.It was the perfect first experience of the US. And the perfect place to stay the first days with a bit of jetlag. A perfect house to bring your family to.

loved the house, it’s an older home but very well taken care. great neighborhood close to a park and water way for walking. loved being able to use the garage to park! We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the property was great. Easy access to the 101 and 60. Nice quit neighborhood with restaurants and shopping. The house was layed out perfectly for our group of 2 couples. We both had privacy and plenty of room to relax. The outside area was really nice.

Son's wedding

We all enjoyed staying at your house. Beds were so comfortable and house was clean and equipped with everything we needed such as towels, pots and pans. Best part of all we were only 1 mile away from my son's wedding venue. We will definitely stay on this property again.

Fantastic and delightful home! You will enjoy the feel of an authentic Arizona house with tile floors throughout and traditional colors and prints. The back patio is divine! The smell of Jasmine and orange trees on site are incredible. Great hot tub just steps from indoors. The playground and water path walk are just a few minutes walk. Home is extremely quiet, beds are super comfortable. I cannot say enough about how supportive and responsive the homeowner and management company are - one of the best we’ve seen.Overall, a delightful week!

Wonderful Stay

Thank you for a terrific stay at your home!! Your house is lovely and had everything we needed, very well appointed, kitchen, wifi, comfy bed and luxurious bath and so clean! The Southwest architecture is beautiful. Your neighbors are friendly and our collie enjoyed the easy walks to the park and the paths around the lakes. Location is great! Close to baseball Spring Training and downtown Mesa which was fun to see, especially the Cultural Arts Center. Good luck with your farm, we were inspired with your book. Hope we can return next year!!

Family gathering

Our stay was good. Great location for us. Our only comments for improvement would be to freshen the air with something. The house has an unpleasant smell. Cleanliness is good, but inside cabinets are dirty and bathrooms need a good detail with clorox. There is nothing to set bags and belongings on in the small bedroom by front door, so my son had to put his things on the floor and had a scorpion in his clothes! Really need a luggage stand and night stand and hooks in there! Overall, a nice property.

We stayed for a week and were going to the Cubs spring training games. We were in a nice neighborhood, close to everything. When it rained, the water came under the front door. The tile floor throughout the entire house was swept, but it appears that it hadn’t been mopped in a long time. When I walked out of the shower thru the bedroom my feet were black. I left a long list of things that needed attention and was pleased that Evolve stepped up and made good on my request for compensation. I was pleased that the hot tub was working because a lot of the reviews I read prior said it wasn’t working properly.

Great location for family travel

My 4 year old daughter and I stayed here while visiting my parents who also live in Dobson Ranch. I loved how close the little park was, it’s easy to get to food, gas, there’s a little minimart nearby. The tub in the master was AWESOME, easily my favorite part of the house. We also used to garage to park the car at night, which I don’t find available at many VrBO rentals. The outside of the property was pretty dirty/unkempt; we were attracted to the property by the idea of enjoying the patio and the spa, so I found this disappointing. I had to push to get the spa ready for us to use, even though I’d paid in advance. Given that I had already seen this mentioned in a previous review, I was surprised that the issue had not been addressed before our arrival. The Netflix connection was also very spotty - which may not matter to most people, but definitely matters to kids. The property did have a lot of amenities made available- washer/dryer, lots of kitchen supplies, and nice clean sheets/towels.
