Chris is great, he kept me updated every step of the way and wanted to ensure that we were taken care of. Thank you Chris!! The location of our villa was wonderful! We had breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg. We enjoyed the indoor water park and the arcade area. We had a couple of small issues but the maintenance guys were quick to respond and resolved them. Our granddaughter has already asked if we can come back!! I would definitely recommend Chris with Rialto Vacations and I highly recommend staying at Westgate!

I didn’t realize that it was a four unit time share lock out when I booked it. Our family has owned timeshares since 1991 and it actually worked out much better for our extended family of nine Beautiful area and great location. Very close, easy drive to all theme parks and venues. The staff was incredible!
