About this property

This house is located on a rock bluff with beautiful west-facing ocean views. You can sit on the deck, relax to the sound of waves, and watch the sunset. Watch seals and otters playing, and boats fishing in the harbour. Close enough to town to get groceries but also far enough to be isolated in a quiet neighborhood. There is a warf close by at Irvings Landing where you can go fishing or crabbing. Many lakes to choose from to swim at, the most easily accessible lake is Hotel lake which is just a short walk from the house. For hikers, there is Pender hill which is directly behind the house with many trails to use.

Views to die for!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Beautiful views, from the very well appointed large balcony, of the bay and fantastic sunsets! Sounds of the water on the rocks, visits from seals and otters. Nice walks surrounded by blackberries. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were well stocked. The record collection and VHS and DVDs was a nice touch!

Ocean views

The property is perched on a rocky bluff giving fantastic views towards Texada. The sunsets are the best, the elevation also gives great views of the wildlife who frequent the bay; eagles, sea otters, harbour seals and even a pair of whales. The house is set up as a family holiday home and is well equipped. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Fabulous Sea View

Fantastic location for exploring the Garden Bay area of the Sunshine Coast. Close to lakes, hikes and right on the coast. The property overlooks the sea and has breathtaking views, with plenty of outside seating, with a gas fire pit and barbecue so you can eat dinner and enjoy the sunsets. We had a really lovely 10 days there.
