Unit provides over 1,250 sf of comfortable living. Queen bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds (bedroom 2) and one full size bed (bedroom 3). Fully equipped kitchen with top rated appliances. Four Flat Screen TVs, 1 DVD, Cable TV with DVR and additional channels, WIFI and telephone service to the entire United States and Canada and a dedicated Wi-Fi connection.. Building amenities include a large fully renovated patio pool deck, two gas grills, heated pool, central elevator and coin operated laundry room on each floor.
This quiet beach community is located half-way between Clearwater and St. Pete's Beach, only twenty minutes from Clearwater Airport and forty minutes from Tampa Airport. Walk to restaurants and shops, or laze in our private heated pool next to the beach. Easy access to Disney World (approx. 2 hrs.) and many other attractions. No smoking. No pets.
Important Notice: Fifty Gulfside is currently still undergoing reconstruction on the ground floor due to damages sustained from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. While we are excited to welcome guests back, we want to make you aware of ongoing conditions at the property. The pool and patio have OPENED. There will be intermittent shut downs of the pool for brief periods while adjacent patios are being worked on after July 11th. The elevator has been rebuilt and is WORKING, we are only waiting for the paneling and floors to finish it off. Guests may experience construction noise Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, and certain areas of the property may be temporarily blocked off. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to occupying their unit. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we work diligently to restore Fifty Gulfside.
