If you have never been to Telluride, the town of Telluride and Mountain Village are connected by a gondola that runs constantly. Mountain Village hosts many restaurants, the Peaks and Madeline hotels, and the main lift, lift 4 where ski school meets and you drop your kids in the morning. Dial-a-ride is a free service that will pick you up and your house and drive you anywhere you want to go in Mountain village (like the grocery store!). This unit does not include a hot tub, however the Peaks hotel offers day passes for the spa and pool if you so desire for purchase and is across the street from this unit. If you stay in the town of Telluride, you typically take the Gondola to the base of lift 4 to start your ski day. . If you stay in Mountain Village Core, you need only to walk. TMV License # 005704
Please note- there is a nearby lot that may be starting construction in 2026. This could affect noise level. This is not confirmed as permitting is still in process.

We loved our stay at this perfect unit for our family of 4. Just a two minute walk to the lifts and a warm and cozy place to retreat to at the end of a day on the slopes.
House was perfect for me and my husband. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed and it was super close to the Gondola. We will def come back.
Great location, comfy beds, emailing property managers fast efficient response. Was worried solo bathroom might not suffice but was totally fine. Wound up really enjoying large dining room table which was focal point of our trip for hanging around!
Condo is really nice and cozy. The furniture is beautiful. We loved how close it was to the Gondola and lift 4. The only issue we had was with the room above us. There was a big group of younger adults staying up there and were extremely noisy. One of the nights they were arguing loudly, so we ended up calling the cops.
This condo in Mountain Village is conveniently located in the village core. Check in and communication with the owner was great. The condo is in an older building that could use some updating. Overall the property was fine but there are a few negatives like no parking, streaming devices didn’t work, and a few touches like better supply of basic items (ie no paper towels, limited toiletries). Beds are comfortable and this is one of lower priced properties in MV so it is a reasonable value—just don’t expect over the top luxury.

There should have been plenty of paper products/ soap/ dish detergent for your stay. I will discuss with the housekeeping team. I was unaware that the TVs were not streaming- they were the last time I was there and haven’t had anyone mention it but will double check. We are actually getting a new 70 inch TV installed in the living room tomorrow. The building is getting a new room and paint this fall so that should improve things as well!
Here's what we LOVED: gorgeous amenities, large space, very nice kitchen and bathroom, cotton sheets, secure WiFi, smart TVs, tons of pillows, the extra toiletries if needed, decor, etc. Really thoughtful touches! The resort in general is beautiful and there is a lot to do in so many different ways, if your body can handle the altitude (approximately 9500 ft where the condo is).
What we didn't love and actually made our stay pretty uncomfortable and disappointing given the $3400+ we paid for 6 days: (1) paying $35 per day for parking (closest overnight is the garage for the hotel, good luck carrying all your stuff to/from the car in the altitude); (2) no AC or ceiling fans mean opening the windows and hoping for a breeze, but the windows are extremely difficult to open (my spouse literally got blisters and some never opened); (3) there is no ventilation in the bathroom (the fan doesn’t work) unless you open a window, but then people can see you on the toilet or in the shower; (4) there are no screens on the windows so you either have to roast and be hot or open them and put up with mosquito bites. This is especially bad at night because it’s hard to sleep when it’s so warm in the room but keeping windows open all night doesn’t feel like a smart, safe idea or good for mosquitos. We all have at least 10 mosquito bites; (5) there are very few electric outlets, especially in the living room. We always bring our own power strips and it was still hard to have enough outlets to just do things like charge our devices or plug in my computer (I had to work during the week we were here); (6) there is noise EVERY SINGLE DAY starting at about 8am. This can be from the construction, the renovations happening constantly, the complex picking up the very loud trash bins that are right outside the bedrooms, or hearing every single step from the upstairs tenants or next door neighbors. This is even worse later in the day with the windows open because people are literally walking by the open windows and seeing in to the space, making noise, etc. A lot of parents don’t watch their kids so we literally had to tell kids to stop putting their faces through the open windows with no screens; (7) it seems like the door code doesn’t change, which made me nervous safety wise since anyone who has stayed in the condo in the past now knows how to get in at any time.
Again, it's a beautiful space but, for the cost, seems like we shouldn't have to deal with these issues.

These are all very excellent suggestions! As we own the unit above. We have already scheduled to replace the flooring above with sound proof flooring and deci film on October 18th. I scheduled 2 ceiling fans to be installed next month- great suggestion. Not everyone likes floor fans! I also just arranged for 2 additional electrical plugs to be put in each room.
What a lovely property, I'm sure we'll be back. Just the right size with more focus and area devoted to lounging with friends & family. All the beds were super comfortable and plenty of closet space and drawers in the bedrooms. The kitchen is smallish but perfectly outfitted and you just don't need a huge kitchen on vacay. The condo is decorated so tastefully that you feel like you're in a trendy hotel. The location is super convenient and just on the fringe of Mountain Village so you're not in the middle of the crush. Just a terrific stay at a condo where the owners have terrific taste and have thought of just about every detail to make your stay perfect. You can tell they take their investment seriously.
Only a few less than perfect details, none of which were a biggie; no elevator so if you've overpacked you'll pay the price, parking is not terribly close but certainly manageable, the window coverings in the main living area are only semi-private so there could be a bit of a fishbowl feeling BUT the condo is not on a main walkway so you are not likely to have strangers peeking at you. Last, it was unavoidable to keep the window covering in the shower dry which made us a bit sad that we were not able to treat it with the best care as it was soaked after each shower. However, plenty of hot water and good water pressure.
Lovely rental in Mountain Village. Roomy, clean and cozy, we felt at home from the start. Comfortable bed, quiet, well supplied kitchen, huge tv's in living room and both bedrooms. The only downside for us (in our late 60's) was the long stairway to 2nd floor (with luggage), and no washer/dryer (because we rented only the lower unit). But we knew both things going in and the trip to the laundromat only took about an hour and wasn't a big deal. Would definitely recommend this unit!
All the hotels were sold out in Mountain Village for an event we were sponsoring there. This condo was a great alternative for a co-worker and I. Very clean and and the location was great (close to the main part of MV and the gondolas). Only reproach is that it is a 1 bathroom condo but knew that going in.
This was a very nice place. The parking situation is not good there, though. This was not disclosed initially. I ended up having to park my car in the adjacent hotel's valet parking. Otherwise, it was great.

I try to be very clear in the listing and also the information that I send that you have to valet park at the hotel. Parking is not included with this unit unless you rent the adjoining unit at the same time. We love this unit and all the recent upgrades as well as the great location and consider it a trade off!
Grateful to have had this charming condo available on such short notice, and yes it was as listed. Unfortunately immediately after arrival, went to the grocery store quickly at the village and was locked out when arrived back with two grocery bags in the cold for almost an hour after my first call waiting for someone to just arrive, to get it fixed and unlocked. Also, there was construction taken place in the unit below without any warning, so from early morning throughout Monday & Tuesday, it was extremely noisy. With the exception of these two inconveniences, I would recommend this location as a good stay.

I just learned of this remodel project they are doing- I’m hoping they are almost done. Have tried to contact the owners to no avail. Hopefully they will be finished soon. I’m not sure how you got locked out unless the management company got confused on check out days. I will get to the bottom of it.
Nice location in Mountain Village. Place could use washer/dryer as a nice amenity. Kitchen is small and not really suitable for full meals. If there are neighbors upstairs can be a bit noisy.

You are totally correct— it is more of a kitchenette that we added for convenience. It is not for elaborate meals, but easy stove top meals, microwave, and fridge space. I’m sorry if you were lead to think otherwise. I think of hotels when they say “kitchenette” it usually means a mini fridge and a microwave and I feel this space is much more usable than that with the stove top/ pots and pans, full set of dishes, dishwasher, and a full sized fridge. I’m sorry your expectations weren’t met!
Great property, decorated very cool too! Perfect location to everything. Property owner was also very responsive to every question & at lightning speed! Would recommend this property to all.
We had a wonderful time in your condo. Just one thing to make it better would be a non-stick frying pan for breakfast. Thank you!

A Beautiful Condo at the most beautiful ski location we've ever been to
Telluride is a bit hard to get to, but this beautiful condo felt very comforting and homey. We walked less than 5 minutes every time we wanted to ski or get to the free Gondola. It's in the perfect location.
