Islands Inn just north of Sunset Beach in Treasure Island! This newly updated and renovated 5th floor condo has a straight on direct view of nightly sunsets! Modern sized with upscaled In October 2022 this condo has now become the best unit in the building bar none.
Adirondack balcony chairs and side table makes the sitting accommodations perfect to relax during the day or nighttime while sipping your refreshments.

The property boasts a a full liquor license bar, heated pool, planting of lounging and sitting options. BBQ grills, volleyball, and cornhole are other options for you on our beach. You can also rent Bimini umbrellas and lounge chairs on the beach which will protect you from the sun rays while you take a nap, read a book, or keep your eye on your young children playing in front of you :-)

Brand new quartz counter tops thru out the unit, large king bed, pull out couch, dining table, and private bathroom make the living quarters perfect for your stay!

Great find!!!

This condo is true to its pics & descriptions! Very clean, nicely decorated, updated & stocked w/ kitchen necessities. The most PERFECT view from the balcony!!!! We sat out there every morning & evening enjoying the sunsets and sounds of the waves. I booked this trip only 2 weeks prior to arrival which made me a little skeptical but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised!! We arrived several hours early & unable to check in yet but we were able to change into our suits & sit by the pool & wait. Pool area is very nice with a cool little tiki bar for all of your cocktail needs. This condo is located inside The Island Inn Resort therefore the staff doesn’t manage this specific unit and they won’t replace your pool towels, but they were all nice & helpful. The resort itself, for being a little older is well kept & clean. The beach is only a short walk away & there are cabanas, loungers,& umbrellas available to rent for a reasonable price, which is a huge bonus compared to other condos/hotels we looked at. I definitely recommend the cabanas!! The beach is very clean, not super crowded. Great location with shops & restaurants close by. By all means, nothing super fancy here (and we tend to be kind of picky at times), but it checked all the boxes and was totally perfect for me & my husband and all we needed for our last minute get away. We can’t wait to return!!

A quick getaway to Treasure Island

Loved our room and its location. Easy to get around the area. Good spot for walking. Beautiful sunsets.

Love area Unit not the best

Stayed in the area before and really like. This unit however had some issues…fingernails on bed spread, Bobby pins on floor, black mold on shower handles (handicap) and the ironing board had been destroyed. Will definitely stay at the Island Inn again but not this unit!
